• Having a friend involved will help you get through this cellulite phase of your life much sooner. That is because you will have an accountability buddy to go to the gym with, going running with, or just meet up and take a walk in the park with.

• This buddy can be a family member, friend, or even a stranger who has posted something similar on craigslist. Just get someone on your team and get started.

Dieting

What we eat plays a big role on how our bodies are shaped. If we eat a lot of junk then our body will turn to junk. Same with fats and proteins. Think about what you are eating and how much of it you are able to sustain. Try to cut back and add some new fruits and vegetables to the mix.
