Assumedly, Mr.John is a Mathematic lecturer. Half of the students from his class can’t follow his lecture. He implement the nine steps of instructions in order to improve his students’ learning process.
Assumedly, I was in professional English last week. Mr.Jaime taught us about the cognitive thinking skill. So we can use this theory as a learning tools to observe the level of cognitive skill in students.

In the workplace, the employers and managers need the low level need of food and rest. Their desire and need can motivate by using this theory to change their desire into money.
