Dear Friends and members of St. Andrew's Family
Greetings to you in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Source and the Author of the Mission of the Church!
We are celebrating 10 years of God's faithfulness in our Mission Field at Tubegere. We remember with gratitude that there is a worshipping community who are engaged in reading, studying, meditating the word of God, and growing as a serving community with the love of God in their lives. We praise God for the faithful members of our congregation who initiate activities that strengthen the bond of Christian love and fellowship with this community at Tubegere. It is our prayer day by day, week after week and year to year to provide a place to construct a building of our own to help the community to engage in worship and other activities that enhance the fellowship for witness to the One who has called us to be part of the Mission of God. I also urge you the 'Congregation in Mission' to continue to pray for the same so that we may see God's hand working towards it.
Our celebration continues during the whole month of September as we earmark the Month as Mission Month. The wings of the church such as Sunday School, Youth Fellowship, Women's Fellowship, Music Ministry and the Mission and Evangelism Team, join hands to support this ministry in organizing sale of eatables every Sunday during this month. We also try to understand our Christian calling and responsibility as our Lord has given us the mandate to engage ourselves in preaching, teaching, and making disciples. As each one of us participate in the worship service, let us also make a commitment to be part of the Mission Activity in one way or the other, so that we may also become channels of God's love and kindness. The themes of the Almanac of the Church of South India for this month have to be connected to the Mission Engagement and therefore, I suggest that we look at the themes with Mission perspective and with some changes. As we
thcelebrate the Teachers day on the 4 , I invite all those who are into teaching

"We would like to thank the Lord Almighty and all of you for your generous contributions towards the school, without which we would not have been able to complete the internal painting and install the new bulbs, window mesh and a water purifier. The kids are happy and thankful for your support. We invited the parents for a meeting and we shared the same with them. We request you to keep the children, teachers and the support staff in your prayers"
