Teachers Will: Principals Will: District Will: Provide benchmark testing to
all students 3 times a year (K-10).
Progress monitor all Tier 2 students twice a month (K-10).
Progress monitor all Tier 3 students once a week.
Use differentiated instructional strategies during all lessons.
Provide research based interventions to students in Tier 2 and 3 with fidelity.
Collaborate with the Problem Solving Team and grade level team to ensure students’ needs are met.
Lead Response to Intervention (RtI).
Embed the practices of RtI into the school structures, processes, and procedures.
Ensure all students are screened and identified early in the year through triangulated data and standard protocol procedures.
Ensure differentiated instruction is provided for all students.
Ensure that the six components of RtI in place.
Monitor and adjust the instructional programs, schedules, and interventions.
Provide and require training, modeling, coaching and mentoring on Response to Intervention (RtI), the six components, root cause, and TieNet.
Ensure that the rules of RtI are defined.
Monitor the implementation of the six components of RtI at each site.

Teach, model, post and reinforce expectations throughout school.
Use Zangle and TieNet systems to enter behavioral data needed for individualized behavior plans.
Progress monitor individual student behaviors in Tiers 1, 2 and 3.
Provide appropriate reward and correction systems as defined by the school.
Provide and require that behavioral expectations are defined, taught, reinforced, corrected and rewarded consistently.
Ensure that a Positive Behavior Support (PBS) goal is included in the Unified School Improvement Plan (USIP).
Ensure expectations are posted throughout the school.
Include information on the PBS system in student handbook, web-site, and newsletters to parents.
Analyze behavioral data and discipline reports to drive behavioral support decisions.
Ensure that the rules of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) are defined.
Ensure that PBS is implemented as a common approach to maximize academic performance and minimize problem behaviors.
Provide and require training, modeling, coaching and mentoring on PBS.
Align discipline policies and procedures with PBS.
Evaluate the quality of the implementation of the PBS system at each site through the use of the School Evaluation Tool (SET).
