The main aim of this paper is to observe workability characteristics for hybrid fiber reinforced concrete for different aspect ratio such as 40 and 100. M30 grade of concrete is used for the testing; here fibers used are Poly propylene fiber, Waste plastic fiber, High density polyethylene fibers, Galvanized iron fibers, Steel fibers. The samples were cured for 28days; fibers are added to samples by volume fraction. 2% of 40 aspect ratio fibers shows more workability compared to fiber concrete of 2% of 100 aspect ratio, but if we combine both 1% of 40 and 1% of 100 aspect ratio, this will counterbalance the workability of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete and also results are comparatively better than 2% of 100 aspect ratio. Steel fibers shows good results in workability compared to other fibers like GI, HDPE, WPF, and Poly-Propylene. Except steel fiber if we scrutinize the results of other fibers GI fiber shows good results. INTRODUCTION The fibers will act as reinforcement in the concrete mix; it is a bridge for transfer of stress in cracks which appear in the concrete mix. Therefore, the brittle behavior can be replaced by non-brittle fracture which is related to a post-cracking bearing capacity. To achieve crack control in the structural elements like tunnels, road pavements, channel linings, industrial
