Welcome to The Wonderful World of iFLEX, presented by the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA)! I’m excited to welcome you to Central Florida! Your member volunteers have been working hard to deliver an unmatched program full of exciting educational and networking offerings.
This year we have created 20 unique educational sessions that you won’t want to miss! You’ll learn about cutting edge marketing strategies, issues keeping executives up at night, and how to embrace the millennial generation.

Speaker Profiles
Roselyn Connor, Brandon & Connor Associates
Roselyn Connor is on the faculty of Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety as one of their major executive management trainers of police and fire personnel. She has been a successful business consultant and speaker since 1990. Since starting her firm in ‘93, she’s been a speaker and/or consultant to many major US establishments including: The Chicago Police Department, over 100 military base presentations for all branches of the service, NASA, the FBI, the IRS, several hospitals and over a hundred schools, school systems or educational associations. Roselyn’s majors in Astrophysics and Russian never led to her original career goal; becoming an astronaut. Instead, her natural ability for motivating and energizing people took center stage. She’s never regretted her choice. Roselyn has been instrumental to many companies, schools and government agencies in motivating and educating their staff.
David Everett, Service Champ
David Everett is the National Training and Sales Advisor for Service Champ. He also serves as Education Committee Co-Chairman and Convention Committee Co-Chairman for AOCA. He has more than 30 years of experience in management and sales. For over 25 years Dave has been helping fast-lube owners nationwide start and build their business through sales training and customer service training. He has been a speaker for many local, regional and national seminars, including several of AOCA’s national conventions and iFLEX and is a contributing writer to industry journals. Dave and his wife Susan have also started and managed two successful businesses in Clearwater, FL., where they currently reside.
Eric Frankenberger, Oil Changer, Inc.
Eric Frankenberger started working for Oil Changer Inc. out of San Francisco in 1993 as a Courtesy Technician. Using the AOCA Training course he earned his Technician Certification and Fast-Lube Manager Certification as he moved up inside of the organization advancing to Manager and then Regional in just a few short years. He currently holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer for Oil Changers 34 California locations. Eric has helped update the current AOCA Technician Academy and provided multiple training documents to the AOCA Membership.
Charlie Glueck, Jackson Fast Lube
Charlie Glueck is the owner/operator of Jackson Tire Center & Jackson Fast Lube in Jackson, MO. He has four tire centers and six fast lubes in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. He is enjoying his 35th year in business.
Norm Gaither, DSP Twenty Group
A well-known consultant in the automotive aftermarket, Norm Gaither has been helping business owners improve their financial strength since 1984. Norm’s proven financial guidance has helped hundreds of companies improve their bottom line profits. From losing money to profitability in a few short years, Norm’s recommendations are simple, solid and successful. Glen Gould began his career at the age of 11 working for a catering company more years ago than he’d like to admit. At 13 he took his first “real” job working at Dairy Queen. After successfully going from table cleaner to grill cook, Glen took on the night manager’s job at Taco Tico at age 15. Later in his career he worked at world-class resorts including The Tournament Players’ Club and Sawgrass where he learned first hand how to treat customers. It was during his time as a Golf Professional that Glen began to truly study successful people and organizations with the intention of learning what they do, how they do it, and replicating their results. Glen’s first-hand experience with some of the world’s most successful people and his understanding of teaching golf to non-golfers and skilled professionals comes together to provide audiences with unmatched results. He’s started four multi-million dollar enterprises from the ground up and he’s authored four books including “Meet Me At Starbucks”. Today Glen inspires his audiences to achieve more through entertaining and thought-provoking talks that include role-playing, interaction, and sometimes just plain fun.
Brian Hahs, Jackson Fast Lube
Brian Hahs has been the District Manager for Jackson Fast Lube for the past six years and has 20 years’ experience as an owner/operator in the motorcycle business.
David Haney, Oil & Lube Express
David Haney is the owner/operator of Oil & Lube express a single lube shop in Magnolia Arkansas. He operates in a traditional quick lube with extended services in tires, mechanic work, and truck accessories.
Joseph M. Henmueller, AMRA/MAP
Joe has been a passionate advocate for the automotive aftermarket for nearly three decades. His experience includes retail automotive shop management, franchise operations, government relations, regulatory compliance and consumer advocacy. In his current position as President and COO of AMRA/MAP, Joe helps guide automotive service providers and automotive after-market manufacturers, suppliers and educators in developing industry standards that help strengthen the relationship between the motorist and the auto repair industry.

Ted Janusz, Janus Presentations
Ted Janusz, is a multi-talented individual. He earned his MBA in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and spent 20 years in sales. He sold directory advertising for AT&T, pharmaceuticals for Pfizer, electronic commerce solutions for a current division of AT&T, and mortgages for a regional mortgage company. Today, he owns his own speaking and training company, as well as becoming a technology guru. Ted is the author of a book, which helps people learn how to save money when they get a home mortgage. He speaks throughout the country for eBay and for Rockhurst University, where he speaks on a variety of business topics. He has done multiple presentations for numerous associations, as well as every conceivable type organization in the public and private sector.
Joanna Johnson, Johnson Policy Associates
Joanna Louise Johnson, J.D., is the president and founder of Johnson Policy Associates, Inc., a company that specializes in developing, negotiating and implementing solutions to environmental, transportation, competition and safety-related regulatory issues for individual businesses, trade associations, government agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). She has advocated for the fast lube industry on behalf of the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA) since 1991.
Lori Kleiman, HR Topics
Lori Kleiman is a Chicago based business expert with more than 25 years of experience advising companies on HR issues. Her background as a human resources professional and consultant gives her unique insight on how HR professionals and executives can work together effectively to achieve business goals. Her programs are designed to provide critical HR updates and best practices to small businesses. In addition, she is an adjunct faculty member at Oakton Community College and DePaul University. Previously, Lori founded HRPartners, a boutique HR consulting firm that was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2007. Lori continued with Gallagher to lead the firms HR consulting practice before branching out again as an independent consultant, author and speaker. Lori has a master’s degree in human resources, has been certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
TC Krueger, ClearShield
TC started ClearShield in 2009 as a simplified solution to the windshield repair billing process in quick lubes. ClearShield operates its program in over 750 quick lubes across the country. They take the insurance claim process completely out of the store level and make it very easy for the employees of the quick lube.
Mark Mehling, Take Control Marketing
Mark was selected as “Service Marketer of the Year” by GKIC, a 25,000 member marketing group. His work has been held as an example by Dan Kennedy, the ‘Renegade Millionaire Maker’. A professional writer of ad copy, Mark has studied how scripting affects the mind, and how to use it as a tool for persuasion and influence. A published author and entrepreneur, he has given presentations all over the world, most recently at the World Foundry Congress in Bilbao Spain. He was a Naval Aviator, and continues to fly to private business jet. He lives in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mike has been with Federal-Mogul for 19 years. He focuses his technical abilities at the installer level with clinics and counterman training to the professional technician, service writers, and shop owners for the installer market in a 7 state area. AJ Rassamni, Great American Car Wash, & Money Maker Academy
AJ is an author, speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur. He has been in the car wash business for over 25 years. His first book “Increase Business 30% in 30 Days” became a must-read book for anyone in the car wash business or looking to break into it. He also writes articles for national trade magazines. He has spoken at the International Car Wash Association and the Western Car Wash Association conventions, as well as, on stage with professionals such as Robert Allen and Tom Hopkins. He was recently featured in Forbes Magazine and previously featured in a national trade magazine for increasing revenue 400% in one year and 1000% in 3 years during the recession. AJ just finished writing two more books that have not been published yet. Another book for the car wash industry titled “Dirty Cars-Filthy Rich” and a business book titled “Gain the Unfair Advantage” with the foreword by Robert Allen and testimonial from Brian Tracy.
