circumstances like sand, water, cold weather, etc. In my opinion, the Glock 17 would be a much better service pistol for the Marine Corps. The M9 is also

known as the Beretta 92, and runs around $595. This is another reason that the change to the Glock would be good. You can buy a Glock for around $475 brand new and they will shoot in any weather, dirty, wet and even broken… it will still

fire.

it fires a much heavier round (.308). The .308 round travels further than the 5.56, penetrates better and in

easy terms… does more damage.
