My country• Romania is a unitary semi-presidential republic

located in Southeastern Europe, bordering the Black Sea, between Bulgaria and Ukraine.

• The culture of Romania is a unique culture, which is the product of its geography and its distinct historical evolution.

• The Romanian culture is very rich in tradition and folklore. The culture steams from the Dacians, who once occupied the area in the past, among other influences are the Romans.

• Festivals feature brightly ornamented costumes with traditional dancing. Wood carvings, skillfully woven carpets, and pottery are some of the elements of traditional Romanian culture.

• Special folk arts of Romania are the decorated Easter eggs and painted glass. These items can be found in many markets and vendors near tourist attractions throughout the country.

Peles Castle - is a Neo-Renaissance castle in theCarpathian Mountains, near Sinaia, in Prahova County, Romania, on an existing medieval route linking Transylvania and Wallachia, built between 1873 and 1914. Bran Castle - situated near Bran and in the immediate vicinity of Braşov, is a national monument and landmark in Romania.

Bucharest• Bucharest is the capital

municipality, cultural, industrial, and financial centre of Romania. It is the largest city in Romania and located in the southeast of the country, lies on the banks of the Dâmbovița River, less than 70 km north of the Danube River.

• Triumph Arch is a triumphal arch located in the northern part of Bucharest, on the Kiseleff Road.

About • Dichiseni has village residence status and it is situated in the east part of

Calarasi district, about 16 km from Calarasi – town on the left side of Borcea branch in an agricol area which represent the main financial source for many residents.

• The surface of village is 145 ha and the total surface of administrative territory is 7485 ha.

• The link between the villages is realized with buses, cars, bicycles on national road 3B. The available communication ways are: land carriage, waterage.

• Our village is very known in historical media because here is an archeological site of a prehistorically culture (Late Bronze Age and Neolithic Age). This culture is related with big Hamangia culture.

There was born in 1838, a small public primary school in Dichiseni commune.

General School Dichiseni is an organization with open doors, which it depends of the background where it acts and it must develop to adapt for a definite social background, which is in rapid and unpredictably changeability.

• For over a century of education in this unit have accumulated a nice experience school teachers and students of today are striving nobly to give new values and dimensions.
