Diagonal reinforcement technology:

With the diagonal reinforcement used by REHAU, two reinforcing fibres running counter to one another are applied to the inner hose layer at the correct fibre angle of 54° (neutral angle) in order to achieve an equilibrium of forces. The spacing of the individual reinforced fibres and their strength have a significant impact upon the pressure resistance.

Maintaining the correct fibre angle ensures that the hose will behave neutrally under pressure, i.e.:

- No length change- No diameter change- No twisting (torsion)- No kinking

The diagonal reinforcement is a guarantee for high burst pressure ratings and the main reason why this reinforcement variant is used mainly for technical hoses.Customers satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer the highest quality and safety for garden hoses with this reinforcement technology.

Unlike with diagonal reinforcement, with mesh reinforcement the inner layer is lined with mesh lines and rows, which do not provide an equilibrium of forces.This causes the hose geometry to become unstable as more pressure is applied and the hose diameter increases, twists along its axis and becomes distorted. This leads to a limited burst pressure and a shorter service life.

Drip hose

The REHAU drip hose can be used above as well as below ground to ensure that plants receive an even amount of water. The integrated, pressure-compen-sated drip heads are a combination consisting of a labyrinth and the membrane of silicone.

Soaker hose

The selective and economic watering of rows of plants and plant borders is the special area of application of REHAU's soaker hose made of recycled material. The drop-by-drop release uses up to 70% less water.

Sprinkler hose

The surface of the REHAU sprinkler hose contains numerous tiny cuts, which spray fine jets of water to sprinkle germinating crops or seedlings. This is made possible thanks to an even pressure distribution aided by the three-tube system.

REHAU drip hose

Applications:The drip hose can be installed, for example, in flowerbeds above ground or below ground. Installation under grass, for example, requires an installation depth of approx. 10 cm, and approx. 15 cm when installed below flowerbeds.

Note:During the summer months from April to September, in the case of underground installation, watering should take place once a week for at least 20 minutes, as the roots will grow otherwise grow in the direction of the drip openings.

Each drip head is installed 30 cm apart and releases approx. 1.6 litres of water per hour at a working pressure of between 0.8 and 2.5 bar. The max. installation length is 120 m.

The drip / soaker hose accessories set material no. 12416701100, can be used to connect or branch several hoses. The appropriate fixing pegs (material no. 12025931100) are suitable for fixing the drip hose.

REHAU has the solution for you: The REHAU hose centre. Whether technical hoses or garden hoses – with the REHAU hose centre, you can offer your customers made-to-measure hoses!

AppearanceThe clear presentation provides a quick overview of the range of articles. The REHAU hose centre presents itself in an orderly and tidy fashion.

CompatibleThe REHAU hose centre is suitable for all commercially available racking systems (widths 1 m, 1.25 m and 1.33 m).

Simple installationThe individual components can be assembled quickly and easily. Robust brackets with fixed screws ensure a "sturdy" hose centre.

Quick restockingSimply remove the side panels and brackets of the empty reels and attach to the new reel.

Easier article recognitionEvery article can be assigned the relevant label/EAN code quickly and easily with the help of barcode strips.

Intelligent hose stopA new hose guide prevents the hose from automatically rolling off the reel.

Environmentally friendlyThanks to the reusable side panels made of plastic, the old packaging does not have to be disposed of at a cost during replacement.

NEW: Info ShadeThis informational tool can be placed the POS, for example on the scanner strip, without taking up much space. At the same time, the practical pull-down shade provides plenty of space for more information.

Side panel The side panels made of ABS are very stable and can be reused several times.Installation: Simply mount the side panels onto the cardboard core and fix using the bracket and screws.

Warranty conditions for the REHAU garden hose product range

1. Scope of the warrantyREHAU guarantees that the products of the garden hose range are functional in the sense that they will not burst. The warranty does not cover the wear and tear caused by use, e.g. slight colour changes, wear of the print.

2. Warranty conditions2.1 The warranty is provided to the end user, providing that the damage does not occur more than QUATTROFLEX PROFI: 20 years, QUATTROFLEX TOP: 18 years, QUATTROFLEX PLUS +: 18 years, GREEN LINE: 15 years, SLIDE LINE: 15 years, PRO LINE Yellow: 10 years, PRO LINE Green: 10 years, ECO: 5 years, COOL TOUCH:

15 years, DESIGN LINE: 15 years, solar hose: 10 years from the date of purchase by the end user.

2.2 Damage of any type and incorrect handling, inappropriate use or outside influences are excluded from the warranty. The warranty covers use as a garden hose for the applica-tions listed in the latest REHAU catalogue.

2.3 In the event of damage, the defective product as well as the original sales receipt must be submitted to REHAU immediately or at the latest 4 weeks after the damage. REHAU is to be given the opportunity to inspect the damage. Failure to do so will render this warranty void.

3. Content and implementation of the warranty servicesREHAU's liability covers the free replacement of the relevant product, to which damage has occurred, that can be proven to have been caused by production errors in our plant and for which the fault lies with us. If the relevant product is no longer part of our product range at the time of the replacement, we reserve the right to replace it with an adequate product from the current product range. Further claims other than the aforementioned right to replacement deliveries, in particular claims for compensation of any kind, do not form part of this warranty.

3.2 The overall duration of the warranty is not extended if a claim is made against the warranty during the warranty period.

3.3 Warranty claims against the contractual partners from which the end user purchased the respective product are not affected by this warranty.
