Its easy access to both the city and the beach make it one of Melbourne’s most popular suburbs in which to live. The Warleigh Brighton gives you the rare opportunity to buy into the dream, without compromising on size, location or over stretching the budget.

LUXEPresiding at the entrance to The Warleigh Brighton, four Luxe apartments have already been sold. Each spacious, open plan design is tailored to maximise light, ventilation and views. A mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, prices range from $879,000.

Ground level apartments open out onto low maintenance courtyards, while elevated apartments include extensive deck areas accommodating al fresco dining against the backdrop of nightly sunsets morning sunlight – depending on orientation.

Two out of four Luxe penthouses have already been sold and with the two remaining boasting views to either the bay or The Dandenongs, you need to act fast.

DOMAINEMany investors and owner occupiers have already taken advantage of the unique offering provided by The Warleigh Brighton.

WHY WE CHOSE THE WARLEIGH FOR OUR HOME

Gary and Julia Woodgate admit they’ve ‘upsized, downsized’ and done just about everything in between in the past 20 years that they’ve called Brighton home. But the one thing the owners of Highgate Cellars on Glenhuntly Road have never done is purchase an apartment that they intend to live in, off the plan. Until now.But for the property savvy couple, the decision was an easy one, as Julia explains.

Speaking from their current home, also in Brighton, the Woodgates appreciate the value of a high quality build, in a great location.

“When you’re purchasing off the plan, the trust element is huge,” says Julia. “You’ve got to be able to look beyond the square and analyse things like where the building is placed, where the sun rises and sets, and how your apartment sits within the overall development.”

And while the ability to look ‘beyond the square’ is an advantage, in Julia and Gary’s case, their capacity to visualise an L-shaped apartment had even more advantages. Having purchased a ground-floor, L-shaped two-bedroom property in the Luxe component of the project, the couple looks forward to the benefits of a long hallway and an apartment that is ‘spacious and spread out’ rather than designed ‘all on top of itself.’

In addition, the apartment has a ‘huge, private courtyard’ with ‘loads of natural light,’ of particular importance to Gary who confesses he loves his sun!

It’s not only Gary who will enjoy the sun that promises to flood their apartment and courtyard but the family cat, Oliver, ‘a big, fat, floppy Persian,’ will also be able to enjoy ample sunlight at various times of the day.

And if that’s not enough, the Woodgate’s apartment also includes a huge, wooden deck as an extension to their living room that will more than compensate the couple’s move from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom residence.

Gary and Julia agree that The Warleigh Brighton’s common areas also really appealed to them when making the decision to purchase, with Julia adding that this element gives the project a ‘resort-type’ atmosphere. “Though we might be waiting a while for a drink!”

And while the couple looks forward to ‘a new pantry,’ a ‘real laundry’ and still being able to enjoy an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe, on some levels, they admit to feeling sad about saying goodbye to where they have called home for the past six years.

Aside from that, they admit the only other thing they are sad about is not being able to move into The Warleigh Brighton now!
