Dear Parents and Friends, WOW! Term 1 has flown by. We have had a very busy term with all classrooms settled and achiev- ing great things. Last Thursday the grade 5 students completed a practice NAPLAN test. This year we are completing NAPLAN Online, this is a new format and fingers crossed it all works on the day! NAPLAN will be from 14 th – 24 th May, with a two week window to complete all tests online. If you have any ques- tions about your grade 3 or 5 child completing NAPLAN, please see either myself or Mario Anania. All children returned happy and excited on Friday after watching ‘Billionaire Boy’ They all had very positive feedback and thoroughly enjoyed the show. We also welcomed Winton children to Glen- rowan on Friday, which was a great opportunity for our two schools to mix and play together. We look forward to more visits in the future. Don’t forget to get your Easter Raffle tickets!! The raffle will be drawn on Friday at our final assem- bly commencing at 2:15pm. Children will be dismissed at 2:30pm. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their help and support over the past 3 weeks. I have enjoyed the opportunity to step into Colin’s shoes, but could not have done it with- out our amazing staff. Thank-you I hope everyone has a safe and restful break. We are looking forward to a busy term 2. School re- turns on Tuesday 23 rd April.
