Thoughts from our other staff…
2 Timothy 3:16 16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
We have to be careful that we don't add to or
take away from God's Word to conform or go with our
own personal views and opinions. Allow God's Word to
be the guiding truth in your life today.
His Servant,
Rev Kev ATTENTION ALL MEN!
You are needed to help serve at LIFT on October 18th
. Please be in
the COAC at 5:45 if you can help.
NEW! Wednesday Night Bible Study Class Time 6:30 to 7:25 pm
Wednesday nights This class is for those adults, post high school, who need a class while their child or youth is involved in their activities, or if you cannot attend Bible study on Sunday mornings. The class does not replace PowerHouse. For information call Knox 222-7762 or e-mail [email protected]
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD STORE Parents and children, our Operation Christmas Child Store will be open on Wednesday, October 24th and on Sunday, October 21st. Make a point to stop by!
Ladies, you are invited to a fall Ladies Event at Hillcrest
Baptist Church in York on Saturday, November 10. The
itinerary includes registration from 11:00-11:30 a.m.
followed by lunch/fellowship, praise and worship, and the
guest worship speaker, Beth Greer, from 1:30-3:00 p.m.
There is no cost for this event, but a love offering will be
received. Call 684-9409 or 684-2676 if you plan to attend.
Our food pantry is very low. If you can help, please bring non-perishable, packaged foods to the kitchen in the old fellowship hall. Please do not bring condiments or items that need something added to them. Items we need at this time are canned vegetables, soups, peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti sauce, canned meats, breakfast foods (other than cereal), rice, and macaroni and cheese. Please check dates of food before bringing them in. Thank you!!
Answers Bible Curriculum October 21
st is Lesson #8 "How Do I
Know God Exists?” Look around and observe God’s creation. If we evolved by random chance our laws of science, physic, biology and logic would not work. Remember, the Prepare to Share material in your lesson is background information you are to read before class.

We are truly blessed to be a “part of the family of God” at FBC. We so appreciate all the many acts of kindness – cards, visits, food, phone calls, but most of all your prayers. God is so good! We love you all and ask that you keep us in your prayers. Emily & Carl Sutton
