The Plan
Half day planning in schools for Lead teachers in project. Half day trialling activities with sample pupils. Dates to be given to LD by end of 6th June.
6th and 7th June- Whole day planning between partner schools. Subsequent project.
June/September One day- visiting year 7 teachers to year 6/ year 6 teacher to year 7. Dates to LD.
28th November - Review of Project, moderations and Development plans approved.

To understand how idea of AFL can be included in transition work
Can use ideas of active engagement techniques, literacy support, modelling and pupil assessment to enhance SOW.
Can use VC training and guide to assist in training of staff in schools.
Know the types of ideas that can be used for future development projects of VC.
Outcomes for the 6th June…
To complete Transition SOW that runs from Primary to secondary level and to give dates to LD to include half day planning and trialling with pupils.
