Experience links-style play at its best on Ballyowen Golf Course, where players will appreciate

Celtic-style lunch in Owen’s Pub. On the 10th hole, the Resort’s golf historian will join your group and speak to

the evolution of the game and will provide an opportunity to play a second ball with a set of traditional hickory

sticks. Top off the day with a perfectly prepared 48-day aged Tomahawk steak and serenade by the Ballyowen

Ready, Aim, Fire with this all-American pastime at our Clay & Oak Sporting Club. This trap and

skeet range offers guests a unique opportunity to participate in clay sports with private, experienced instruction.

After a day at the club, retreat to poolside cocktails followed by a spectacular dinner prepared by Executive

Chef Anthony Bucco and served in the Bordeaux Room of our Wine Cellar surrounded by one of the largest

collections of rare Bordeaux in the world. Culinary decadence awaits with locally procured wild game, paired

with a selection of fine old world wines such as Chateau Latour, Chateau Palmer, Chateau Lynch Gages, Chateau
