Book Group
Our Trinity Dragon Boat team is looking for enthusiastic rowers for our Shoals Dragon Boat Race on September 29 at McFarland Park. We need 20 rowers and a drummer in order to have a complete team and would love for you to join us. The proceeds from the race support the Shoals Scholar Dollars, and we're asking individuals interested in rowing pay $50 to cover food, a t-shirt and the registration fee, but scholarships are available. Contact Laura Heckert at
[email protected], if you're interested in rowing or have any questions about it.
The Episcopal Young Adults of Trinity are heading to The
Boiler Room for a fun evening on September 13 at 6 p.m. If
you're in your 20s or 30s and would like to join them, please
do! If you'd like more information about this group,
talk to Sarah Ann Evans or Will Jangaard.

We want to thank all the families that donated to the White Elephant sale. To celebrate our success we will have snow cones tonight after programming.
This weekend we head off to Parish Retreat and we are so excited about getting to spend the weekend at Wonderful, Wonderful Camp McDowell.
I've been mentioning our Halloween Bash on Wednesday, October 31. We encourage everyone to mark this event down on your calender's. It will be during our normal meeting time. We plan to have pumpkin painting, games, food and as much fun as we can pack into a few hours. Plan to join us before you go trick or treating! If your family plans to join us for this event the easier way to RSVP is via email so we know how many to prepare for. If you want to help make this event a success you can donate candy or prizes that will be used for the games. We are also looking for youth and adults to man the games and the hot dog grill.
