That is, as long as his special ability of "revival" does not manifest itself. Bemoaning his special ability which kicks in regardless of his intentions, he works part time at a pizza shop to earn his living and draws manga. One day he experiences a revival of a traffic accident while delivering pizzas. It produces an effect of lessening the damage of the accident, but Satoru gets caught up in the accident, injured and ends up in the hospital for two days. But this incident gives him a chance to get closer to Airi, his work mate at the pizza shop, with whom he didn't even talk until then.
