HOW CAN WE TELL THE TIME?

We use “o’clock” only at the full hour. E.g. It’s nine o’clock.

We use “past” to say times after the hour. E.g. It’s twenty past seven.

We use “quarter past” to say fifteen minutes past the hour. E.g. It’s quarter past eleven.
