2. Reduce Reducing the amount of waste you produce is the best way tohelp the environment. There are lots of ways to do this. 3. For example:Buy products that dont have a lot of packaging 4. EXAMPLES Save water by turning off the faucetwhile you brush your teeth. 5. EXAMPLE Print out only what you need 6. Reuse Instead of throwing thingsaway, try to find ways to usethem again. There aredifferent ways to do it. 7. EXAMPLES Use all writing paper on both sides. 8. EXAMPLESDont throw out clothes, toys, furniture,and other things that you dont wantanymore. You can bring them to a centerthat collects donations, give them tofriends, or even have a yard sale. 9. Recycle Recycled items are put througha process that makes it possibleto create new products out ofthe materials from the oldones. There are different waysto do it. 10. EXAMPLES you can help the environment bybuying products that contain recycledmaterials on their labels if they aremade from recycled materials. 11.
