By the authority of YHWH, through the faith of the trustees of the Temple of YHWH hereby ordain this Declaration of

Sovereignty on the day of June 26th 2014 brought forward to the present time, and

The Temple of YHWH

(ROH)

I. The Temple of YHWH hereinafter the “trust” or the “Temple of YHWH “hereby

claims:

A. Sovereignty, independence, integrity, indivisibility, self-governing authority within the boundaries of

its legal person, its activities, its properties and its independence; and equality in its internal and

external relations and its relationship with the Adam and Eve Trust, and many other agreements; The

Temple of YHWH is administered as the Family of Nations Public Trust in accordance with the Law of

Nations, and

II. Self-Determination of the trust

A. The trust, as a sovereign community as it develops within the existing and expanding boundaries to

exercise the trust’s inalienable right to self-determination, and

B. (B) The trust is protected and defended by the Government of The United States of America within its

internal relations and the Government of The United States of America is protected and defended by

the trust in its internal and external affairs. The sovereignty of the trust, the Government of The United

States of America and the reign of the heavens society Temple is bound by the will of the beneficiary

(YHWH), and

C. Any violent, unlawful, illegal and oppressive actions against the trust, its properties or its activities

undertaken by inter-governmental entities, specialized agencies, political parties, non-governmental

organizations, companies, Agencies, other groups or individuals shall be legally prosecuted in the

name of the Government of The United States of America, and

D. The trust of the Temple of YHWH, as amended on June 26th 2014, regardless of nationality, ethnicity,

religion, gender, orientation, nature, age, (professional) occupation or affiliation comprises the trust,

and

E. Temple of YHWH is the sole source of authority in the sovereign community, and

F. The absolute authority of the trust is exercised directly through the sovereign community’s Temple of

YHWH and the Declaration of Sovereignty of the Temple of YHWH, and

G. Only the elected offices of the trust can represent the trust No other national entities, inter-

governmental entities, specialized agencies, political parties, non-governmental organizations,

companies, Agencies, other groups or individuals can represent the Temple of YHWH, and




III. Executive, Legislative and Judicial Power

A. The Temple of YHWH is independent in determining any issue of its internal and external affairs.

B. The Temple of YHWH guarantees the supremacy of the trust, as amended on June 26th 2014and the

Declaration of Sovereignty of the Temple of YHWH within the boundaries of its legal person and its

activities, and

C. Authority in the Temple of YHWH is exercised on the principle of its structure, and

1) Executive Power: Rests with the trustees; and

2) Legislative Power: Rests with the trustees; and

3) Judicial Power: Rests with the trustees; and

IV. Territorial Supremacy

A. (A) The Temple of YHWH has the supremacy over its legal person, its properties, its activities and its

Temple and Government, and

B. The legal person, properties and activities of the Temple of YHWH within its existing and expanding

boundaries are inviolable and cannot be changed, claimed, seized or used without its consent, and

C. The Temple of YHWH is independent in determining the administrative and boundary systems of the

sovereign community and the procedures for establishing community and administrative units, and

V. Economic Independence

A. The Temple of YHWH independently determines its economic status and secures it through the

Declaration of Sovereignty of the Temple of YHWH and through its Trust Articles as amended on June

26th 2014, and

B. The Temple of YHWH has the exclusive right to control, use and direct the resources of the Temple of

YHWH . The legal person, activities and domains, its interior (intellectual resources), digital space,

power supply and any other resources found within the boundaries of the Temple of YHWH ; the

exclusive (maritime) economic zone, and all economic and scientific-technical potential created within

the boundaries of the Temple of YHWH are the property of the Temple of YHWH , the material basis of

the community’s sovereignty, and are used to meet the purposes and the powers of the Temple of

YHWH, and

C. The Temple of YHWH guarantees protection to all forms of ownership, copyright and trademark, and

D. The Temple of YHWH shall not tax its sovereign community and shall establish royalty

E. collection systems within its sphere, and

VI. Environmental Safety

A. The Temple of YHWH independently determines procedures to organize nature protection within the

boundaries of the sovereign community and procedures for the use of resources, and

B. The Temple of YHWH has its own committee for protection from radiation, weather manipulation,

meteorological warfare and eco-terrorism, and



C. The Temple of YHWH has the right to halt and ban the operations of any businesses, entities,

institutions, organizations, individuals and other objects within its boundaries that threaten the Temple

of YHWH environmental safety, and

D. The Temple of YHWH has the right to compensation for the damages to the environment, exclusive air

rights, water, territory, property, activities and domains within the boundaries of the Temple of YHWH

brought about by the acts of inter-governmental entities, specialized agencies, political parties, non-

governmental organizations, companies, Agencies, and other groups or individuals, and

VII. External and Internal Security

A. The Temple of YHWH has the right to its own self-defense and intelligence gathering systems, and

B. The Temple of YHWH has the right to possess its own communications by design, operation or usage

regardless of type, and

C. The Temple of YHWH has its own bodies of self-defense and intelligence gathering subordinated to the

assembly, and

D. The Temple of YHWH autonomously determines procedures and purposes for self-defense and

intelligence services by authorities of the Temple of YHWH , and

E. The Temple of YHWH solemnly declares the intention of becoming:

1) a permanent enforcer of faith to restore justice, public order and society as a whole, and

2) an entity that does not participate in any military blocs and adheres to three nuclear free principles,

i.e. to accept, to produce and to purchase no nuclear weapons, and

F. The Temple of YHWH reserves the right at all time to use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes

such as energy, education, development and science, and

VIII. International Relations

A. The Temple of YHWH, as a subject of divine law, can maintain direct relations with other external

sovereign states, nations, communities and entities and may enter into agreements with them, may

exchange diplomatic, consular and trade representatives, and may participate in the activity of

international organizations to the full extent deemed necessary for effective guarantees of the Temple

of YHWH interests in faith, self-reflections, missions, peaceful settlement of disputes under the rule;

“Blessed are the peace makers for theirs is the reign of the heavens” within its own sphere, and

B. The Temple of YHWH is entitled as an equal participant in external and international affairs, actively

promotes the reinforcement of general peace and international security based on facts, truth and honor,

and

C. The Temple of YHWH, through the Government of The United States of America shall expose

oppression, deception and psychological operations, war crimes, crimes against humanity and illegal

warfare, and

D. The Temple of YHWH recognizes and pursues the prevalence of general human values over class and

corporate values, and

E. The Temple of YHWH respects the religions of other sovereign nations, states, entities and

communities, their sovereignty, territory, domains and internal laws, and

F. Relations of the Temple of YHWH with other religions of other sovereign nations, states, entities and

communities are built on the basis of agreements concluded on the basis of the principles of equality,

mutual respect, and non-interference in internal affairs, and



G. The Temple of YHWH values and pursues criticism; the open debate system; absolute freedom of

expression, speech, Agency, religion and press, and

The Declaration of Sovereignty of the Temple of YHWH and the Articles of the Temple of YHWH , as amended June

26th 2014 of the Temple of YHWH determine the positions of the sovereign community for the purpose of internal

and international agreements, and

IX. Reservations

A. The Temple of YHWH reserves the right to alter or amend this declaration and regulations for the

exclusive purpose and in the exclusive interests of the sovereign community, and

DECLARATION

BE IT DECLARED, by the Temple of YHWH, the Declaration of Sovereignty is hereby established and published

on the 7th day of May, 2016, and
