On the 31st of October it concluded with a banquet at the Dubai Irish Business Network, where the 12 top chefs battled it out at a gala dinner. The dinner was attended by over 50 top UAE hotels and dining establishments. Blackthorn foods was a selected ingredient for the chefs and at the end of the night each of the guests went home with a bar of melting pot fudge in their goody bag!
