What do we do?

The Study Abroad Portal by Web2present S.L. helps Universities and

Business Schools from all over the world recruit new international

students through interactive live Student Recruitment Webinars.

Web2present S.L. is an independent company that is partly owned

by StudyPortals. We have produced/promoted hundreds of Student

Recruitment Webinars for many leading as well as lesser known

Universities and Business schools. In the live interactive webinar you

get to present a study program(s) to a large audience of potential

students and we take care of:

• The technical production and event management

(incl. customized registration-form)

• Marketing: a combination of our significant presence in

different social networks together with our database and various

marketing partners targeting your desired audience

• Master of ceremony in the Webinar (incl. Q&A, Polling, Recording)

Timeline

A 1 hour session (online) to determine target- student profiles and countries, logistics and provide tips.

Based on your input we will investigate where to reach the right students and ensure qualitative registrations

We will create a customized, branded registration-page and kick off a targeted online marketing campaign. We manage email reminders, sms reminders and call the registrations on the day of the webinar

We will conduct a dry-run prior to the webinar. On the day of the live webinar Web2Present takes care of everything from the hosting to the production, support and acting as master of ceremony.

An online meeting will be carried out with the customer post webinar in order to review the result of the webinar.
