1. INTRODUCTION

In sport, the referee is a figure sometimes

unknown, which most people do not know what steps you

need to follow a person to get to that place, which in this

case is the football field, the path for the different

categories, steps to upgrade, the number of matches that

this person have refereed.

2. START IN REFEREEING

To start directing a match, the referee need to be

formed, for this purpose the various delegations of the

technical committee of referees organize training courses ,

For example , for promotion to preferential, the first thirty are going to the promotion course, for promotion to the third division, will succeed only the top ten finishers.

For the promotion course , the referees are prepared technically and physically. In the course, you have to overcome two theoretical exams and two physical tests ( speed and endurance )

The first division of Spanish football is composed of 22

referees, of whom descend from category the two last ranked at

the end of the season, the top ten of the classification will be

proposed to FIFA to be granted the status of referee

international.

“TOP CLASS”, the highest category in world football

5. CLASSIFICATION IN THE FOOTBALL PITCH

To set the field scores of the referees, each committee

will use a different scoring model but approved by the C.T.A.

In the categories of national character, except the third division,

the report model will go on a score of 0 to 10, where good score

is 7 points. At the end of the season the respective averages of

each referee will be found and the classification is established

to decide promotion and relegation.
