On Monday, April 19th, at 11:00 AM:1. You will receive an event invitation email from [email protected] an eye out for this email as this will be your key to accessing theVirtual Event!

2. Select the "Click Here" link within the invitation email to create yourlogin credentials.

Important: After your initial login, you will continue to sign in with thesame credentials that you created when you accepted your emailinvitation into the system. If you never set up your account throughyour original acceptance email, the reset password function will NOTwork, and you will have to contact the event administrator forassistance.

Once your login has been created, you will be able to navigate aroundthe Hubb platform, test your ability to connect, view the NAPOWelcome Lobby, and troubleshoot any connectivity issues in advanceof opening day!

Create YourEvent Log-In

Specify your local time zone in Hubb so that session times in yourSchedule Builder are displayed in your preferred time zone! As a firsttime user when you log into the Schedule Builder, you'll be asked toset your time zone. Below is what to expect:

If you specify a time zone and click Save, all times in ScheduleBuilder (Sessions, My Schedule, Meetings, and so on) will beshown in the selected time zone.If you click Cancel, all times in Schedule Builder remain in the ESTevent time zone.You can change your time zone at any time by clicking the timezone link at the top of the Sessions and My Schedule pages.

Click the gear icon next to your name in the upper right cornerClick on the “My Profile” tile in the lobbyUse the navigation menu on the left of your screen.

Q: How do I edit or update my profile? A: You can access your profile by conducting any of the actionsshown below:

Here is where you will upload your photo, edit your information andadjust your privacy settings. We recommend completing all profilefields to better network with other attendees.

Q: Is the profile important? A. If we were physically together, this would be less important. But ina virtual conference, your profile takes the place of your smiling face;it is the badge you’d usually wear, it is the first thing other attendeeswill see. Please take two minutes to upload a photo and add a shortbio. “My Profile” is the last item on the left-hand navigation, but itshould be one of the first things you do.

Once logged into the Hubb platform, you land in the Conference“Lobby,” where you are greeted with “tiles” (think of them as doorwaysto more information!) These tiles allow you to explore sessions,speakers, etc.

Q: How do I find my way around?A: You can move around anywhere in the conference space by usingthe left-hand navigation menu. But it might be more fun to start fromthe Lobby and click on the tiles to see where they take you. Keepclicking as you move further into the conference space.

Sessions Q: Can I change my session at any time?A: You are free to attend a session and abandon it at any time foranother, or you can “roam around” to find the perfect session for you!

Live Chat*: Engage with other attendees and ask questions*Live sessions only Presentation: Press play to view the presentation Links: Check out related sessions and additional informationrelated to the session. Handouts: A link to the handouts will be provided to you prior toconference beginning.

Q: What can I expect when I join a session? A: The session will include the following features:

Q: Will the chat box contents be accessible after conference?A: The chat box will be open for 30 minutes before a session beginsand remain open for 30 minutes after a session ends. NAPO willprovide a transcript of the chats a week after the conference ends inthe form of an additional handout.

During any session group chat you can click on the name of anotherattendee within that chat session to open a new private chatconversation together.

You will have the option to chat with a live support agent byclicking on the live support desk pop-up in the bottom right cornerof the page. Hubb live support can assist you with technical or softwarequestions related to the Hubb platform. It will help with limited,basic computer troubleshooting related to third-party integrations,browsers, or other issues.

Q: What do I do if I have a technical issue?A: Live chat support will be available on the Hubb site Monday, April 19th-Friday, April 23rd from 9:30AM-5:30PM EDT.

Q: How do I find my scheduled sessions?A: You can go to the Sessions Tab. Click on All Days to see everythingavailable across the conference (If you are on Tuesday, April 20th, youwill only see the sessions for that day). You can use the Filters sectionto filter your search for sessions using the conference track, speaker,etc.

Q: How do I join a session that I have added to my schedule? A: Navigate to My Schedule and click on the session. When thedescription pops up, click the Details button at the top right to gowhere the session will play. Or, you can navigate to a session from theSessions tab. Click the hyperlink title, and it will bring you to wherethe session will play. However you navigate to your session, you musthit the play button for the session to start.

Q: Can I view a session outside of the scheduled time?A: Once a presentation has aired, it will be available for viewing by anyregistered attendee on the Hubb platform. Beginning on April 25th,you will be able to view just the concurrent sessions, the generalsession, "Incorporating an Anti-racist Mindset,” and the AnnualMember Meeting at NAPO University for one year. The Opening andClosing events will no longer be available outside the event dates.

It is recommended that you view these presentations in a full-screenformat. You can do this by clicking on the highlighted symbol shownbelow:

Q: How do I join a "live" session on ZOOM?A: Some of our sessions will utilize Zoom rooms. At this point, thereare not many of us who aren’t skilled participants in the Zoomplatform, however, below are some troubleshooting links you mightfind helpful should you experience problems during the Conference.If you've never used Zoom, it is recommended that you visit Zoom.usprior to conference to Sign Up for a free Zoom account.

Q. Where can I access the Handouts for the concurrent sessions?A: If you would like to view or print the concurrent session handouts inadvance of opening day, handouts be found here.

Presentation slides are unavailable for download, but all sessions willbe available on-demand for additional viewing once a presentationhas ended.

Q: Will sessions be available on-demand? A. After the conference has ended, all concurrent sessions and thegeneral session, "Incorporating an Anti-racist Mindset," will beavailable for viewing by any registered attendee beginning on April26th at NAPO University.

During the Lunch/Social Networking breaks, we will move over to theRemo platform by clicking either the "Networking" button on the leftnavigation menu or the "Networking" tile in the lobby.

To help you get started reaching your networking goals for this event,use this Networking Opportunities document for some fun ice-breaking suggestions to get the conversations started when visitingour Networking events. Make as many "connections" as you can, andhave fun in the process!

The Remo platform is a customized networking platform designed forNAPO with you in mind. Haven't used Remo before? Q: Will there be a mobile app?A: A mobile app is not necessary for a virtual event, but because youmany need to attend some of the events on your mobile phone, manyof the features you enjoyed with a mobile app will still be available.

Q: Where can I find the event schedule? A: You can find the complete conference schedule here.

Q. How long can I be here? A. NAPO2021 starts on April 20, 2021, and ends on April 23, 2021. Theconference site will remain accessible for a few days after the event.While our event doors close on April 23rd, you can go to NAPOUniversity to access recordings from the event. You can access thesession Handouts after the event by clicking here.

Q. Who else is here? A. We put brilliant-minded people together at every NAPO AnnualConference, with the idea of challenging one another and lifting eachother. You’re among some 500 registrants from about six differentcountries. Look in “Attendees” to see who else is registered.

Q: What does the President's Reception entail?A: All conference attendees are invited to our President's Receptionwith current NAPO President, Susie Hayman. This event, whilenormally in person, is a great way to connect and have fun with yourfellow organizers. Make a much needed cocktail with celebritymixologist, The Cup Bearer, or have a game night with yourcolleagues! Join in on the fun on Thursday, April 22nd at 6pm ET.

Q. How is this conference interactive? A. We’ve built interactive elements into almost every part ofNAPO2021. You can ask questions during sessions; you can meet newpeople and reconnect with friends during the networking breaks andafter-hour socials. That's just the start. Click around and see what’spossible!

Q. What options are offered for the hearing impaired? A. Captioning is available for each recorded session and Zoom offersvarious accessibility features. If you would like to use closedcaptioning during your attendance please click here.

Q. What are the recommended system requirements? A. We recommend using the Chrome, Edge, or Firefox internetbrowser. We further recommend a wired connection if one isavailable. As with all streaming services, this will ensure a steadystream of content.

Q. What if the Agenda looks too empty? A. If you do not see all of the options, a filter is probably on. Be sure toclear the filters if you want to see everything available to add items toMy Schedule, so you don't miss out!

Q: What do I do if I have technical difficulties? A: Visit the Help Desk button in the platform’s bottom right for ourtechnical team to assist. To escalate a concern, or if your question isnot related to the Hubb platform, please email Genesis Guevarra [email protected].

Q: All appointments were full – can I still meet with someone? A: Appointments were given on a first-come, first-served basis.Additional meetings are no longer available.

Q: What happens if I can no longer make it or missed my LaserCoaching appointment? A: If you can no longer make your appointment, cancel the meetingwithin the “Meetings” tab on the left navigation bar. If an opening isavailable, you may be able to reschedule.

Q: If I’m late to my Laser Coaching & Mentoring Session, will mytime be extended?A: Meetings will adhere to the strict schedule and will not exceed thescheduled 20-minutes. To make the most of your meeting, please beon time and come prepared with questions and discussion topics.
