Hello Division 38!

Hope your November was full of giving thanks and delicious

food, and I hope you are all ready for the holiday festivities

that are headed your way. With winter break along the

corner I hope all your clubs can stay as active as you all have

been. A big thank you to every single club that turned in their

dues, and for those of you who have been unable to do so,

feel free to contact me and or Aneesh Pappu, our District

Treasurer with questions. On a different note, it brings me

great sadness to say that my term as your lieutenant

governor is almost at an end, I have all the paperwork

needed for Key Club members who are interested in running

for Lieutenant Governor please be sure to contact me as

soon as possible.

To Lieutenant Governor Candidates

Being a lieutenant governor is not only an important

duty, but it is also a life changing unforgettable

experience. Not only do you work with the best people

ever, you also get a second family of sorts that you

know for sure won’t let you down.

Each lieutenant governor is responsible for supporting

and growing the clubs within his or her division and

serving as a liaison between the district and the club.

Duties include publication of a newsletter, club officer

training and support, holding divisional meetings and

serving on one or more district committees.

If you are even slightly interested but are unsure

whether it would be right fit for you, please do not

hesitate to contact me.

Keep KEYnnected

To eliminate MNT from the Earth, more than

100 million mothers and their future babies

must be immunized. This requires vaccines, syringes, safe

storage, transportation, thousands of skilled staff and more. It will take US$110

million — and the dedicated work of UNICEF and every member of the Kiwanis

family. The end of this one disease means the beginning of

better health for so many families.
