YES!! You are in a watershed right now! When it rains or when snow melts, the water flows towards a lake, stream, river, or the ocean. This is a watershed. Therefore, the water quality of any waterbody is affected by every impact in it’s watershed. Watersheds can be very small, or they can be really big. The Mississippi river watershed covers more than half the United States!!
