The San Francisco Shipyard is leading a major movement

in sustainable urban design with solar and wind

infrastructure, and native-only landscaping for over 300

acres of open land and parks.

west elm’s widely varied and sustainably sourced

products aligned with the development’s green initiatives,

and allowed designers to create four uniquely designed

units to appeal to the diverse San Francisco market.

To simplify the buying process, west elm put together

individualized furniture packages for each unit, which can

be easily added to the purchase of a residence.
