We had a nice response to the last (first) newsletter and several people have asked how often it will come out. Since this is a good way of communicating information we decided that after every board meeting would be a good time. That way we can keep you up to date with your community. Several repairs have been made; a 16 foot section of the pool deck that was lifting, repainted doors to and around the clubhouse, had the plumbing serviced in both of the restrooms, and the pool gate repaired as well. Our committees are coming together nicely. The Social committee pulled off another successful garage sale, while the Landscape committee is hard at work on plans to beautify the neighborhood. The Rules committee will be having their second meeting this month and some changes are in the works. Some of these changes will require an owners meeting which is set for July 8 at 6:00 pm. You are welcome to stay for the regular board meeting scheduled immediately after. There is no limit as to the number of people serving on each committee however the Fine committee is still vacant. Although I can understand how this may be an unpopular committee, this is the only committee that board members are not allowed to serve on, thus consisting only of homeowners. Rosemont/Vista Palms is a great place to live. Call or text me with your ideas on how we can make it even better.
