How Can I Prepare for the SAT or ACT?
• Start taking the PSAT in the 8th grade, and Aspire tests in 9th grade.
• These tests are a great way to practice your test taking skills before taking the SAT/ACT during your Junior (11th grade) year.

• Fill in your current 7th grade classes

• Need a high B and above to move on to the next level of math

• Distribution of registration forms: Feb. 18th during your PE class
• Registration: Feb. 24-25th during your AB class
Things to remember…• State testing scores are VERY important!!!
• They are used as a prerequisite for many high school courses.
• Keep your grades up! Go to labs if you need help!
• Start developing effective study habits and a strong work ethic.
• Getting involved in co-curricular activities and community service are important as you prepare for college.
