Choosing The
Rite Sales
Career
"When considering a career in sales, it is important to select the
right company to represent. The products need to be high quality
and perform at the level they are supposed to. The company
needs to stand behind its products and correct any wrongs. They
need to provide their sales force with the necessary tools needed
to succeed. They need to compensate their sales
representatives well and reward success. For the last 16 years, I
have experienced all of this with Rite-Hite. It's a strong company
and can provide a rewarding career.“
Brent York
Field Service Sales Representative
Sales Trainee Class of 1994
CHOOSING A COMPANY FOR A SALES CAREER
A History of Growth
Founded in 1967, Rite-Hite has had an impressive history of consistent, strong growth.
In 1981, the Dok-Lok, which revolutionized loading dock safety, was recognized by OSHA as an acceptable alternative to wheel chocks.
In 1987, Rite-Hite established Arbon Equipment, today our largest business, as a direct sales and service operation. Previously, all Rite-Hite sales were through a dedicated network of material handling dealerships in the country.
In 1991, Rite-Hite acquired Frommelt Industries, the premier manufacturer of dock seals and shelters as well as a variety of other products.
“The Rite-Hite Corporation has a reputation for excellence. This reputation is the result
of the hard work and dedication of each and every employee. As a new member of the
Rite-Hite Team your individual contributions will be valued and will impact the future of
Rite-Hite Corporation.”
Michael H. White, Chairman

In 2003, Rite-Hite acquired Caema, a leading European manufacturer of a full line of dock levelers and dock shelters , with plants in Germany and Poland.
