Building Lot Reservation Process

NEW HOME BUILDING LOTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM $195,000

1. A formal Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement will be drafted between Silver Sand Land Corp. and the Buyer with the following condition:
a. Subject to the Buyer approving the Disclosure Statement for the Proposed The Rise Phase III subdivision within 7 days after receipt of the Disclosure Statement.
2. The Initial Deposit for the Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement will be $10,000 and will be refundable until conditions a (noted above) has been satisfied.
3. Given the Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement has been accepted and condition a has been satisfied, the initial deposit shall be increased to 10% of the value of the purchase price for the Proposed Building Lot and shall become non-refundable.
4. Completion, Adjustment and Possession dates will be 20 days following registration of the Proposed Building Lot at the Land Titles Office.
