It’s summertime!

If you are like most of us who have been swept up in World Cup mania, it has been an exciting summer so far. Watching the teams from 32 countries compete in this global sport showcase reminds us how diverse our cultures are and why traveling is the best way to explore the world around us.

Helping you to explore other places is what we at The Registry Collection® program do best, and in this edition of The Registry Insider you will learn about some exciting new developments that I am certain will help you find that next memorable place to visit.

As you may know, Wyndham Worldwide is the parent company of The Registry Collection program and Wyndham Vacation Ownership has a select portfolio of inventory that members of The Registry Collection program can exchange into at very favorable credit amounts. While we only have room to highlight three of them for you here, there are a number of other great locations in the Wyndham Vacation Ownership family for you to choose from.

I love to cruise. It’s one of life’s travel pleasures to have someone else “drive,” cook, plan the activities and clean up all while seeing incredible scenery and exciting ports of call each and every day. That’s why I am so excited to tell you more about our latest addition to The Registry Collection program, Luxury Cruise Vacations. Tips from a Reservation Consultant As a reminder, the best way to get the most enjoyment from your membership is to exchange your weeks for stays at our other exclusive properties. To increase the likelihood of finding your desired exchange, deposit as soon as you wish to vacation somewhere other than your home resort.

Pending verification of your deposit, the credits allotted for your deposited week go directly into your account. The Eligible use life starts January 1 of the calendar year of the check in date and is eligible until December 31st of the following calendar year.

Q&a’sQ: I received an email from The Registry Collection® program highlighting properties and special offers. The email also contained information concerning the credits on my account, and this information differs from what my own records indicate. Can you explain why?

A: The account information that appears in your email is current to within a week of the date that the email was sent to you. Therefore, more recent activity in your account, including deposits, confirmations and cancellations, may not be reflected in the email. If you have questions about your account information, a Reservation Consultant will be glad to help you.

Q: The Registry Collection program sent me a link to a post-vacation survey, but when I clicked on the link I was unable to access the survey.

A: Your difficulty in accessing the survey is most likely related to the Firewall setting on your computer. To successfully access the survey, try adjusting the settings on your computer’s anti-virus software. You may also try copying the survey link and pasting it into your Web browser.
