P lease note, that the town of Middleburg requires a l l ampl i f ied music to end at 10 :30pm.

W hat décor i s included in the Col l e c t ions? A choice of tab les, cha i rs, l inens, ch ina , f la tware, and s temware are inc luded in each Wedding Col lect ion. Upg rades such as far mhouse tab les, ve lvet l inens, and chargers, to name but a few, are ava i lab le and can be d iscussed at any t ime dur ing the p lanning of an event . Are o ther decorat ions permit t ed? Decorat ions such as f lowers, candles, and l ight ing are encouraged. P lease note, candles are required to be in a conta iner or on a s tand so as to avoid any damage to the Inn’s h is tor ic bui ld ing. W hat i s the t iming for a ceremon y rehearsa l? A ceremony rehearsa l can be hosted in the Cour tyard Gardens on a mutua l ly ag reed upon date. Al l ceremony rehearsa ls must be completed by 4 :00pm and las t no longer than one (1) hour.

I s i t a requirement to book an y o f the Inn’s rooms? The Red Fox Inn & Tavern requires that e i ther the wedding par ty or guests of the wedding par ty book the f ive (5) Inn rooms in the Main Bui ld ing for the n ight of the wedding. How man y Inn rooms are avai lable to gues t s? The Inn has a tota l of 22 rooms ava i lab le for guests to book. An onl ine booking code can be created for wedding guests to reser ve a room, which inc ludes a 10% discount on the Inn’s s tandard ra te.

W hen do gues t s have acce s s to the Inn rooms? Check- in for a l l rooms i s a t 3 :00pm. Check-out t ime i s 11 :00am. The Middleburg Cottage i s inc luded in each Wedding Col lect ion, beg inning at 3 :00pm on the day pr ior to the wedding date and ending at 11 :00am the day af ter the ce lebrat ion. W hat i s the payment s chedule? An in i t ia l payment of $10 ,000 i s due upon s igning the contract . The ba lance due i s d iv ided equa l ly into two (2) addi t iona l payments wi th the f ina l ins ta l lment payable two (2) weeks pr ior to the wedding date.

W hat i s the s er vice f e e and tax percentage? The Red Fox Inn & Tavern charges a f la t ra te ser v ice fee depending on the Wedding Col lect ion. Virg in ia food and s ta te taxes are appl icable for a l l weddings and events and are charged according to the Government ’s cur rent ra tes.
