The program comprises of three 48-hour residential workshops over a 9-month period. All participants work on their own growth challenge in groups of 15-25 non-competitive peers to promote cross-industry learning and partnering.

IRG benchmarking: identifying your critical growth opportunities

stakeholder interviews, and review best practices.
