There are many ways to preserve history. It could be documented and written into books. It could be in different forms of art such as paintings, sculptures, or architecture.
Located at Molo, Iloilo City, this historic mansion was supposed to be destroyed because it went to a point that it cannot be repaired anymore. But due to a company buying the property, restorations were ordered that resulted in the photos you are going to see on the following pages.
Originally known as the Yusay-Consing Mansion, this majestic house is now open for visitors to explore what used to be where former presidents, Manuel Quezon and Sergio Osmeña, stayed when they visited Iloilo.
