Follow the marked course along the Waterfront and Oriental Parade to the halfway point at the Balaena Bay public bathrooms (this is a small wooden construction located on Evan’s Bay Parade. It’s right next to the footpath and there’ll be some signs to help show you the way). Great to have you on board with the POWERADE Challenge 2019. Here’s everything you need for run day. Your blue POWERADE Challenge 2019 wristband will log your run time and get you on to the POWERADE Challenge leaderboard. The running course opens on 7 October and closes on 1 December 2019. You can run any time during these dates and as many times as you like.

THE WELLINGTON COURSE The POWERADE Challenge is a 8.5km interactive running course along Wellington’s Waterfront. There is a map overleaf to help you find your way. To start, go to the POWERADE Challenge vending machine in Whitmore plaza (outside PWC Building) in the Kumutoto Precinct on the Wellington Waterfront, swipe your wristband or use the POWERADE Challenge app on your phone and follow the prompts.

VIEWING YOUR RUN TIME AND STATISTICSTo view your POWERADE Challenge times, visit www.powerade.co.nz and log in to your POWERADE Account. Here you’ll be able to see your position on the POWERADE Challenge leaderboard. You can also check your run times and statistics on your phone by downloading the POWERADE Challenge app from the App Store or Google Play.
