We have set up a stewardship committee to ensure that all money given to

awardees would be properly spent.

All the awardees also have to submit mid-term reports and final report under certain

criteria before they can receive the award

money. All Bills and expenses have to be

reported and copies sent to us.

Awardees are reminded that the logos of

Rotary and THE ONE must be suitably and

prominently displayed in the premises

which are built/ renovated /enhanced

using the award money.
