INTRODUCTION
Coffee is the most popular beverage in the world. It contains stimulant caffeine and antioxidant that Inhibit inflammation and reduce risk of disease.
(Demmig-Adams,2007; Frost, Carlsen & Blomhoff,2006)

1.0 Prevent Illnesses 1.1 Lower Risk Of Alzheimer’s
i. Coffee, a major dietary antioxidants action and caffeine compound.
ii. Associated with various aspects of mental health and brain function

i. Can reduce glucose intake
ii. Help decrease epidemic disease
