THEREFOREITISHEREBYORDEREDin keeping withthe Proclamation of the Supreme Oracle that there shall be:

Open Membershipwithout restraints

That is to say, all members will be fully exposed.

Save that, members of one order may not be inserted

into members of another order.

Exception

Members of Ships may not accept invitations fromstrangers to join a Caucus or a public float.

Commissioned Officers, that is to say, Officers who

have received a Commission, are permitted to be

Members of a Caucus.

Non Commissioned Officers, that is to say,

Officers who have Not received a Commission, or

Officers who Received a Commission from the Nons,

are strictly prohibited from becoming Members.

Non Commissioned Officers may only become

Members of the Nons, and shall be referred to as NonMembers.

Other Ranks are only permitted to be Members of the

Others and may fall out without holding rank. Other

Ranks may not become Members of the Nons, or to be

Non Members, or to receive Orders.
