Allison and Sarah are choosen to represent the iWin party. The primary elections concluded earlier this week. Allison Janes and Sarah Vestweber were picked to represent the iWin party. Allison Janes was born in Wisconsin. She has a family of four. She went to Harvard where she earned her doctorate. Before the election she was working in the specialty clinics at the Children's Hospital of Milwaukee. Allison is married. She doesn't have kids, but she does have two dogs. She wants to run for office because of the challenge. She wants to push herself to see what she can

accomplish. Allison also wants to run to spread fun and laughter throughout the country. She believes that this is what out country needs. She also wants to unite the country by hard work, happiness and love.

Sarah Vestweber was also raised in Wisconsin. She was born into a family with a long history of politicians. She graduated from Harvard with a 4.0 GPA. She wants to run for Vice President because she wants to help people and really listen to their problems and concerns. She wants to be an important leader to our country without being in charge of everything. That is why she chose to run for V.P.

Some other qualities they obtain are patience, honesty and integrity. Patience is important because when they are speaking to politicians who only see things one-sided they will need to be patient with them. Also, the lawmaking process takes a long time and they will have to be patient with it. Honesty is always the best policy. If we didn't have leaders who were honest and trustworthy our country would be bulilt on lies. Allison and Sarah are responsible, too. They will use this skill to keep focused on the core issues the United States is dealing with. Some of these issues are violence in schools, censorship on the internet, and abortion. Allison and

Sarah believe that there is way too much violence in schools these days. They are going to work hard to develop programs to encourage safe and peaceful schools and to decrease the violence. They are against censorship on the internet. They feel like it violates the rights given to our citizens. It starts stepping into the domain of a controlling government. Allison and Sarah are against abortion. They feel like if you made a bad decision you have to deal with the consequences. People should vote for Allison and Sarah because they are organized, responsile, honest, patient, have good communication skills, and have experience in the government.

How to Vote on Election Day

Voting on Election DayElection day is coming up on April 17th, 2012. This is the day where millions of Americans will go to the polls to determine who will become our next president. Above are some important steps to the voting process. First, you have to make sure you qualify. To qualify you have to be 18 years or older, a resident of the state you want to vote in, and a citizen of the USA.

The next step is to register. In some states you need to mail in or go in person to register about 25 days before the election. In other states you can register the day of voting. Next, you find your polling place. It will be at a public building. In order to vote you need to have a state issued photo id. An example of that is a drivers license. You should also have a proof of residence. For this you

could use an electric bill. After you sign in at your polling place the election judge will give you the ballot. Then, you go to the booth and cast your vote. On the way out the media may ask you who you voted for. They use this information to predict the winner. This is called an exit poll. This completes the voting process.

Why Should I Vote? Many people choose not to vote because they don’t feel like it counts. They don’t realize that a vote can mean winning or losing. Everyone should vote because there have been many elections where there was only a difference of several votes. Another reason people should vote is because it is getting their voice out there. It expresses

people’s opinions about certain issues. Also, many people fought and suffered for the right to vote. Not too long ago woman, African Americans, and even white men who didn’t own land couldn’t vote. Now, instead of taking this right for granted go vote on April 17th, 2012 and make the difference.
