The Exhibitor Experience
• Exhibitors showcase their exhibitor hubs on a map of the show floor, and visitors/buyers can zoom in to reveal different levels of detail
• Exhibitor hubs feature:
• Link for hosted buyer appointment scheduling and meeting chat rooms
• Company information and contact details
• Links to live and pre-recorded WeChat webinar presentations,
• Links to digital brochures and other media resources such as videos and picture galleries for visitors/buyers
• Hosted buyer appointments: Exhibitors can set up available time slots, over a period of five weeks, to
allow pre-qualified buyers to schedule one-on-one discussions with them. The one-on-one
interaction is conducted on WeChat via text, voice, links and documents. Automated machine
translation will be available at no cost. Interpretation and translation services are available for
additional fees.
• Webinar presentations: At pre-scheduled time slots, exhibitors can conduct online presentations through a WeChat webinar to introduce their products & services, and the links can be played back for ongoing reference. Exhibitors can present on their brand or co-present with partners, as they choose.
• Exhibitor hub data and reporting: exhibitors have access to profiles of all visitors and buyers who check in at their exhibition space, attend their presentations, or schedule one-on-one sessions with them. All interactions between exhibitors and buyers & visitors are logged for reporting.

The Buyer Experience
• Buyers are by invitation only and are pre-qualified.
• Buyers can do everything a visitor can do at the online trade show and can make appointments
with exhibitors at pre-determined time slots.
• Based on matched industry vertical, specialty and business interest, buyers can have in-depth one-
on-one discussions with exhibitors through a WeChat-based chat room.
• In the buyer portal, they have access to a list of recommended exhibitors and a list of already
scheduled appointments.
• Buyers will be alerted through push messaging of upcoming appointments
• All discussions with exhibitors are logged and are accessible in the buyer portal.

The Visitor Experience
• Visitors browse exhibitor information on an easy to use floor map, that is available in PC browser,
mobile browser and WeChat.
• Visitors have direct access to a specific exhibitor by using the exhibitor ID. They can search for an
exhibitor by name and filter exhibitors by industry vertical and geographical location.
• Visitors can browse detailed exhibitor information online, or download digital documents prepared
by the exhibitor for them.
• Visitors can check in at any exhibitor space, when they do, they give permission to the exhibitor to
access their profile. This interaction is akin to exchanging business cards at a traditional event. They
can leave comments to the exhibitor after they check in.
• Visitors can attend online presentations by exhibitors and industry experts.
• Visitors earn points for visiting the trade show, checking in at exhibitor spaces and attending online
presentations. They can exchange points with gifts or opportunities for lucky draws.

Other Trade Show Features
• Multiple exhibition packages are available that provides different level of visibility on the floor map,
number of guaranteed appointments, presentation opportunities and other benefits.
• In addition to exhibitor presentations, industry experts will be invited to present on market trends and
other relevant topics.
• All presentations are archived and ready for replay immediately after the end of each presentation.
• Each exhibitor will receive an always-on, mobile and WeChat friendly digital profile that can be used
as a simple digital presence in China, and can be promoted in the context of TNTM or outside of it.
• Exhibitors can generate promotional QR codes in the exhibitor portal. The QR codes can be used in
advertising, social promotion and print materials to bring buyers and visitors to their exhibition space.
All QR codes are tracked and performance reported in the exhibitor portal.

overseas tour operations and the respective tourist
organizations. There is an increasing trend of the smaller
