Fully automated payment process that is paperless and

Card free. Fill up and go, no cards, no paper, no vouchers, no fuss.

Refuelling is fast and convenient.

Driver PIN reduces fraud by enhancing driver security.

Secure vehicle identification is provided via a tamper-proof windscreen RFID tag (the tag

cannot be transferred to another vehicle). This reduces fraud as

transactions can only take place if the vehicle is on-site.

Online pre-authorisation is provided as all refuelling rules are verified prior to fuel being dispensed. Fleet Managers

can block drivers or vehicles in real-time.

Vehicle tracking via a Telematics device is provided. Fleet Managers can make operational decisions immediately.

Fuel In Tank security is provided. Changes in vehicle fuel levels are compared to pump transactions in real-time and email notifications or SMS alerts are sent if a threshold variance is breached.

Telematics Web Portal is provided. Vehicle status such as location, speed, angle, engine on/off and fuel level is available in this portal in real-time. The Fleet Manager is also able to perform route monitoring on any vehicle.

Email notification and SMS alerts are sent in real-time for any behaviour or pattern that transgresses a refuelling rule. Fleet Managers can act immediately against transgressors.

Fleet Managers have complete and immediate control over all refuelling rules and can change any driver or vehicle profile on the web portal.

Fleet Managers have access to all transactions, pricing reports, refuelling rules, etc. in a Fleet Management Web Portal in real-time. Fleet Managers can make operational decisions immediately.

Fleet Managers will have access to a Comprehensive refuelling network that includes bp sites as well as Masana partner sites. Customer needs will drive the refuelling footprint.

Driver behaviour can be monitored via Geo-fencing control. Fleet Managers will receive an email notification or SMS alert as soon as a vehicle enters or leaves the Geographic Fence that has been set up.

Anti-syphoning control & detection is provided as fuel levels are constantly monitored. When a sudden drop in fuel level is detected an email notification or SMS alert is sent immediately enabling the Fleet Manager to manage fraud.

Full historical telemetry data access and web portal management of additional plug-ins such as collision detection, etc. is Optional.

With bp FleetMove your fleet has access to an extensive network of more than 500 bp service stations, complimented by a growing network of Masana partner sites in remote locations that can be easily enabled. A 24-hour dedicated customersupport service ensures you and your drivers willremain in the driver’s seat.

With Geo-fencing control the fleet manager willbe notified when a vehicle enters or leaves the Geographic Fence that has been set up.

Tamper proof vehicle tag

bp FleetMove’s innovative vehicle tag technology means thisis a completely paperless system, offering convenience andease of use.

The tag is tamper proof and cannot be transferred to another vehicle, this reduces fraud as refuelling transactions can only take place if the vehicle is on-site.

Fuel In Tank (FIT) Security

The major benefit of bp FleetMove Premium is FIT security.

Each of your vehicles will be fitted with a fuel level sensing device. This device allows you to compare all vehicle fuel levels to pump transactions in real-time.

Should any previously approved threshold variance be breached, you will receive an SMS or email alert immediately.
