Answer the following questions: 1. Why would it be difficult for parliament to make laws for your local area? 2. If there needed to be a small change to an existing law, why would it be better to get someone other than parliament to make this change? 3. If there was a war or a national crisis, why would it be problematic to pass laws in the usual way (legislation process)? Why do we need delegated legislation?
