The sample was selected by proportional stratified random sampling of government officers in the Ministry of Justice; consisting of thirty hundred and thirty six individuals from eighty work-groups. The reliability of the questionnaires was rated at 0.872 - 0.961. This research test multilevel structural equation modeling (MSEM). The results found that 1) the commitment of officers and learning and the development of their office had an effect on the high performance behavior of officers (B = 0.427 and 0.336, p < .05) respectively, 2) Role clarity had indirect effects on the high performance behavior of officers mediated by the commitment of the officer, 3) The managerial coaching of supervisory and role clarity of group had an effect on the high performance behavior of groups at B = 0.509 and 0.596, p < .05 respectively, and 4) The managerial coaching of supervisory, the role clarity of group and their satisfaction with working in groups had an effect on the satisfaction levels of officers in groups (B = 0.247, 0.252 and 0.574, p < .05) respectively. The climate of the work groups had an effect on the social support of colleagues in their groups (B = 0.981, p < .05). Abstract
The objective of this research was to examine the multilevel structural equation
model of supervisors’ managerial coaching and psycho-social situations on individual
and group-level high performance behavior. The sample was selected by proportional
stratified random sampling of government officers in the Ministry of Justice;
consisting of thirty hundred and thirty six individuals from eighty work-groups. The
reliability of the questionnaires was rated at 0.872 - 0.961. This research test multilevel
structural equation modeling (MSEM). The results found that 1) the commitment of
