Features of the Monash MBBS course

• NO non-school leaver places – i.e. all applicants must be “new to higher education”

• Taught in an interdisciplinary fashion• Integrated curriculum built around four themes

• Case-based learning (NOT PBL) in early years of the course

• All students spend a number ofweeks in a rural setting
