Beijing Power Equipment Group (BPEG) was

founded in 1952. As a first class of large state-owned

enterprises, BPEG locates at Beijing and Hebei

province, with its head office at Liangxiang, Fangshan

District, Beijing. By the end of 2009, BPEG covers 1.2

million square meters, has about 3,000 employees,

total assets 2 billion RMB, annual sales 2.6 billion

RMB, including 600 million RMB for exports.

BPEG, as one of the largest professional

manufacturer in the world, has a relatively complete

BPEG 磨煤机产品发展历程

前言

北京电力设备总厂(以下简称BPEG)自从制造国内首台151

碗式中速磨煤机至今,始终致力于磨煤机的研究与发展,经历了

合作生产与设计开发、技术引进与产品攻关及创新发展三个阶段,

设计与制造技术日臻完善,尤其是ZGM型系列中速辊式磨煤机以

它煤种适应广(可磨制烟煤、无烟煤、褐煤、贫瘦煤)、碾磨效率

高、电耗低、寿命长、安全可靠、操作检修方便等优点广泛适用

于电力、冶金、建材、化工等行业的煤粉制备系统。

BPEG作为国际上产能最大的中速辊式磨煤机的专业生产厂

商,磨煤机设计制造及成套能力强,磨煤机配套的立式行星减速

机、高启动力矩特种主电机、电子称重皮带给煤机、润滑站、高

压油站、快关门等成套设备及其控制系统均可由我厂自行设计制

造,为用户提供全方面的制粉系统解决方案及技术服务。

MPS 中速辊式磨煤机的历史

MPS 磨最初是由德国 PFEIFFER(非凡)公司在 BERZ 磨(磨制石粉)的基础上发展起来的,并建造

了专磨水泥原料的 MPS 磨系列。后来德国 Babcock 公司(以下简称Babcock)从 PFEIFFER 公司取得了

MPS 磨应用于火电厂碾磨燃煤的专利权。于 1958 年诞生了第一台实用的MPS 磨煤机。于 1965 年设计了

MPS180 磨煤机(配在 300MW 机组上),随后逐渐发展形成 20 多种型号的 MPS 磨系列。

从1970年起发电机组容量逐渐增加,美国Babcock & Wilcox公司(简称B&W)经研究比较,确认MPS

磨煤机适合同大容量发电机组配套,为此该公司从Babcock公司购买了MPS225磨煤机专有技术制造权(同

时购买了一台MPS225磨样机),自此该公司生产制造的MPS225磨煤机分别安装在AMOS电厂和CAVIN

电厂的1300MW发电机组上(每台锅炉配12台,其中10台运行,2台备用,单磨出力为55t/h)。此后B&W

公司又从 Babcock公司购买了 MPS170、180、200、2350、2800、3000 等型号的磨煤机制造技术,在吸

收原有Babcock技术的基础上,重新进行MPS磨系列化设计,其后仅七八年时间,B&W公司就制造出800

多台 MPS 磨。

1980年前苏联向Babcock公司购买了MPS2650磨煤机制造专利(亦带一台样机),出力为80t/h,与苏

联的 600MW 机组配套,磨制高灰份硬质烟煤。

目前除了美国、前苏联以外,英国、法国、日本、意大利、中国、南非、加拿大、墨西哥等国家都向Babcock

公司购买了 MPS 磨煤机的制造技术。

The developmental process of BPEG mill product

Preface

Since Beijing Power Equipment Group (hereinafter referred to BPEG) manufactured 151 ball type

Medium Speed Mill for the first time in China. BPEG has always committed to mill research and development,

come through three stages, manufacturing cooperation, design and development, technology transfer and

product innovation and development. The technology of designing and manufacturing is being perfect day

by day, particularly in the ZGM series medium speed roller mill with its broad adaptability for coal (can be used

to grind bituminous coal, anthracite, brown coal, lean coal), high grinding efficiency, low power consumption,

long life, safe and reliability, easy operation and maintenance are widely used in the coal preparation system

of electric power, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry.

BPEG, as the largest capacity and professional manufacturer in medium speed roller mill in the world,

has a strong ability in mill design and equipment manufacturing complex, the vertical planetary gearbox,

special high starting torque motor, electronic belt balance coal feeder, lubrication station, hydraulic station,

fast-closing valve, control systems and other equipment can be designed and manufactured by ourselves.

So BPEG can provide customers with the general milling system solutions and technical services.

The history of MPS medium roller mill

MPS mill was originally developed by Deutschland PFEIFFER based on BERZ mill, PFEIFFER specially

developed series MPS mill to grind raw material of cement. Deutschland Babcock (hereinafter referred to

Babcock) obtained the patent of MPS mill using in power plant from PFEIFFER later. The first practical MPS

mill was born in 1958, MPS180 mill was designed in 1965 (used in 300MW Unit), then gradually developed

more than 20 kinds of models of MPS mill series.

The generator capacity gradually increased since 1970, the U.S. Babcock & Wilcox, Inc. (hereinafter

referred to B&W) purchased proprietary manufacturing patent of MPS225 mill and a MPS225 mill prototype

from Babcock by comparative study of MPS mill, and confirmed that MPS mill can be suitable for supporting

large capacity generating units, henceforth, the MPS225 mills manufactured by B&W were installed in the

units of 1300MW generating capacity in AMOS and CAVIN power plants (each with 12 sets of mills per boiler,

of which 10 running, 2 standing by, the output is 55 tph per mill). Since then, B&W bought the manufacturing

technology of MPS170, MPS180, MPS200, MPS2350, MPS2800, MPS3000 and other types of mill from

Babcock, B&W produced more than 800 sets of MPS mills through absorbing the original technology of

Babcock, and redesigning the MPS mill series in 7 to 8 years.

Russia purchased the manufacturing patent of MPS2650 and a prototype from Babcock, in 1980, the

output is 80 tph, the mill was used to support 600MW unit, grinding hard bituminous coal with high ash.

Up to now, besides the United States and Russia, the other countries, such as U.K., France, Japan, Italy,

China, South Africa, Canada, Mexico, etc. all have purchased the MPS mill manufacturing technology from

Babcock.

MPS磨煤机在国内首次引进是神头一电厂第三期工程4X200MW机组,采用Babcock公司的MPS190

磨煤机。1981年我厂同Babcock公司达成协议,前8台MPS190磨煤机由Babcock公司供货,后8台与我

厂合作生产。这是我厂首次接触到 MPS 磨煤机技术。

1984年,我厂在总结合作生产MPS190经验的基础上,开始设计制作为望亭电厂#14机组配套的ZGM95

型磨煤机,1989 年投入运行,1993 年通过部级鉴定。

1985年12月国家正式批准我厂与西德Babcock公司签订了购买MPS225磨煤机专有技术合同。从此我

厂开始了对MPS磨煤机技术进行消化吸收。我厂通过多年努力开发创新,在MPS磨煤机的基础上,完成了

具有自主知识产权的ZGM磨煤机的研制,并且按出力从小到大进行了系列化发展。ZGM型系列中速辊式磨

煤机磨盘中径覆盖范围从 1300mm-2900mm,分别有ZGM65、80、95、113、123、133、145共 7个跨挡

型号(相当于MPS130-MPS290)。在学习和借鉴国内外中速磨技术的基础上,每种型号细分K、N、G三种

或 N、G 两种规格,共 18 种规格(基本型)。

BPEG始终跟踪中速磨煤机的最新制造技术,在产品设计和生产制造过程中广泛采用新技术、新工艺。

特别是在1997年后,ZGM中速磨煤机采用了行星减速机、液压变加载、旋转喷嘴、旋转分离器、翻磨辊装

置及新型耐磨材料等新技术和新材料,大大提高了ZGM中速磨煤机的综合使用性能,得到了用户广泛赞誉。

近年来,为适应国家能源政策和节能减排的要求,紧密跟踪国内外磨煤机技术最新发展态势,满足用户

对煤质变化提出的提高出力的需要,在基本型系列磨煤机基础上,我厂开发了新一代中速辊式磨煤机,即

ZGM-I、II、III型磨煤机。通过提高磨煤机的转速和加载力、提高碾磨效率,达到提高出力(产能)的目标。

新一代中速辊式磨煤机于 2009 年 12 月通过中国机械工业联合会组织的鉴定。

MPS mill, first introduced in China, was installed in the 3rd unit of Shentou first power plant with

4X200MW capacity, adopting MPS190 Mill of Babcock. BPEG reached an agreement with Babcock in 1981,

the first 8 sets of MPS190 mills will be supplied by Babcock, and another 8 sets will be supplied by Babcock

and BPEG by manufacturing cooperation method. It is the first exposure of MPS mill technology to BPEG.

In 1984, BPEG began to design ZGM95 mill for the #14 unit of Wangting power plant based on the

experience of manufacturing MPS190 mill, the mills were put into operation in 1989, and passed the ministry-

level appraisal in 1993.

BPEG got the formal approval of signing a proprietary technology contract of MPS225 Mill with Babcock

from the government in December, 1985. From then on, BPEG started to absorb the technology of MPS mill.

BPEG finished the research and manufacture of ZGM mill by years of efforts, development and innovation,

based on MPS mill, and owned the intellectual property rights, BPEG developed the mill series based on the

output and diameter of grinding table, the diameter of grinding table of ZGM series mills ranges from 1300mm

to 2900mm, BPEG has ZGM65, ZGM80, ZGM95, ZGM113, ZGM123, ZGM133 and ZGM145, total 7 models,

(equivalent to MPS130-MPS290). Each model is divided into K, N, G three or N, G two sizes, total 18 kinds

of specifications (basic model) based on learning the technology and experience of home and abroad.

BPEG always keeps step with the latest manufacturing technology of medium speed roller mill, and

widely adopt up-to-date technologies and manufacturing process in the process of product design and

manufacturing of mills. Especially after 1997, ZGM mill adopted vertical planetary gearbox, hydraulic

variable loading system, rotating nozzles, rotary separator, turning roller device and new wear-resistant

materials and new technologies, these methods greatly improved the general performance of ZGM Mill. ZGM

mill has been widely praised by users.

In recent years, in order to meet the requirements of national energy policy, energy conservation and

emissions reduction, closely tracking the latest development trend of domestic and international mill

technology, meet the needs of coal changing and output increasing, BPEG developed a new generation of

medium-speed roller mill based on the basic series mill, namely ZGM-I, ZGM-II, ZGM-III type mill. By

increasing the mill’s rotary speed and loading pressure, improving grinding efficiency, to improve the output

targets. The new generation of medium-speed roller mill passed the appraisal of China Machinery Industry

Federation in December, 2009.

一、 结构(见图1)

ZGM磨煤机本体由机座、机壳、分离器、减速

机、喷嘴、碾磨装置(磨盘和三个辊子)、液压加载

装置、煤粉分配箱、密封装置、排渣装置、蒸汽防

爆装置、基础台板、步道等组成。主要的配套装置

有润滑油站、液压油站、密封风机、电动机、电气

控制柜等。

1. Structure (see Figure 1)

ZGM mill proper is composed of the bottom

casing, casing, separator, gearbox, nozzle, grinding

devices (grinding table and three rollers), hydraulic

loading device, distribution box of coal particle,

sealing device, pyrites box, steam explosion device,

foundation plates, trails and other components.

The main equipped devices are lubrication oil station,

hydraulic oil station, sealing fan, motor, electric

control cabinet, etc.

二、 工作原理

磨煤机把原煤磨制成合格(一定细度和水份要求)

的煤粉,必须完成三个过程

1. 碾磨

由电动机驱动,通过行星减速机带动磨煤机磨盘转

动,磨盘上的三个辊子在磨盘的带动下转动,经落煤管

进来的原煤分别在磨盘上,由于加载力的作用,磨辊与

磨盘直接产生挤压使大颗粒煤被压碎。靠磨辊与磨盘的

相对运动产生的滑动摩擦力实现小颗粒煤被碾碎。在研

磨过程中,磨辊活动范围为三个自由度(自转、上下、

水平方向),这就是ZGM磨机独特的碾磨机理(碾压物

料)。

2. 干燥

原煤在磨内被碾磨的同时,得到入磨一次热风(一

般在 450℃以下)的干燥(去掉原煤的水分),达到规

定的要求。

3. 分离

碾磨后的煤粉,通过一次风输送进入分离器进行分离。分离器将合格煤粉输送出磨煤机送入(直吹式)

锅炉燃烧器进行燃烧,不合格的粗煤粉回到磨盘上重磨。

煤中的杂物(即石子煤和铁块、石块、木块等)通过离心力作用甩到喷嘴口处(由于自重不能被吹起输

送)落入一次风室经刮板将其刮入排渣箱内(见图 2)。

2. Working principle

It must go through three processes for raw coal grinded to qualified coal powder with a certain fineness

and moisture.

2.1 Grinding

The motor drives grinding table to rotate through the planetary gearbox, three rollers are driven to rotate

by the grinding table, the raw coal drops onto the table through the raw coal pipe, due to the action of loading

force, large size coal is directly crushed by the extrusion between rollers and grinding table, the small size

coal is crushed by the sliding friction of relative motion of rollers and grinding table. In the grinding process,

the roller has three degrees of freedom (rotation, fluctuation, horizontal motion), which is the unique grinding

mechanism of ZGM mill (grind and crush materials).

2.2 Drying

During the process of grinding, the raw coal is dried by the primary hot air (ordinarily lower than 450℃),

to meet the moisture requirement.

2.3 Separation

The pulverized coal powder enters into the classifier to be separated through the transportation of

primary air. The qualified coal powder is conveyed to (direct firing) the boiler burner for combustion. The

unqualified coal particle will go back to the grinding table to be grinded again.

The odds and ends in raw coal (e.g. pyrites, iron, stone, wood, etc.) are thrown into the nozzle due to

the centrifugal force. And they will drop into the chamber of primary air under the action of gravity and be

scraped into the pyrites box (see Figure 2).

一、 采用变加载系统

1994年我厂开始自行研制磨煤机液压变加载技术,并将该技术成功应用到ZGM磨煤机上。变加载可以

实现磨煤机加载力的大小随磨煤机出力要求而改变。其变加载系统(见图4)由液压油站、油缸、蓄能器(俗

称空气弹簧)、拉杆、压架等组成。加载力的变化是通过比例溢流阀实现。

采用变加载技术,主要优点如下:

磨煤机出力范围由过去的 40~100%扩大到 25~100%,提高低负荷性能,满足机组调峰需要。

提高耐磨材料寿命

如出力低时,加载力就小,若是恒加载力,

则这时煤层薄,加载力仍然很大,辊套和衬板磨

损就快。加载力大小随磨煤机出力大

小变化而变化,降低了磨煤机电耗。

由于空气弹簧的刚度是一个变量,加载力

小,刚度小(反之亦然),现将空气弹簧的最大

刚度作到低于弹簧定加载磨煤机的弹簧刚度,

这样磨煤机的振动小,运行更加平稳。

可以实现磨煤机升起磨辊空载启动。

1. Variable loading system

BPEG began to develop hydraulic variable loading technology in 1994, and successfully applied this

technology onto ZGM mill. Variable loading can be used to achieve variable loading force corresponding to

the change of mill output. The variable loading system (see Figure 4) is composed of hydraulic oil station,

hydraulic oil cylinder, accumulator (commonly known as air springs), rod, loading frame and other components.

The change of loading force is achieved through the proportional relief valve.

Key advantages of adopting variable loading technology are as follows:

The output range of mill extends to 25~100 from 40~100%,

The performance of low-load is improved, so that the boiler can meet the needs of peak load regulation.

The wear life of wear-resistant materials can be prolonged,

If the mill is in low-load condition, the loading force will be low, too. If the loading force is constant, for

the thin coal bed and large loading force, the abrasion between roller tyre and liner will be faster.

The variable loading force can reduce the power consumption of mill.

Because the stiffness of air spring is a variable, low loading force means the stiffness is small (and vice

versa), so the mill can be running in lower vibration and more smoothly. The starting with no-load and lifting

roller can be achieved.

二、 采用行星减速机

1) 体积小,结构紧凑,重量轻,占地面积小,投资小(减少轴向尺

寸,磨煤机可以纵向布置,磨煤机间跨距大为缩小),检修方便。

2) 承载能力大,噪音小。

3) 传动效率高,空载功率降低。

4) 减速机中间是浮动齿形联轴器,使齿轮系统来自磨煤机的冲击完

全隔开,运转平稳可靠。

2.1 Small, compact, light weight, small footprint, low investment (less axial dimension, mill can be

longitudinal, span of mills significantly reduced), easy maintenance.

2.2 Bigger carrying capacity, lower noise.

2.3 Higher transmission efficiency, lower no-load power.

2.4 Using floating gear tooth coupling, the operation of mill is more stable and reliable.

三、 采用旋转喷嘴

我厂自行开发了磨旋转喷嘴设计与制造技术,1991年~1992年我厂为利港电厂生产的MBF23旋转喷嘴

使用至今,效果良好。采用旋转喷嘴主要是改变喷嘴处空气动力场,降低喷口流速。采用旋转喷嘴的优点:

喷嘴磨损均匀,寿命比静止喷嘴提高 2-3 倍。

由于旋转,使叶片出气边缘气粉涡流向上部推移,既降低

了叶片出气边的磨损,又使风环处阻力进一步降低。

喷嘴外环与旋转喷嘴之间的竖直间隙既方便磨煤机检修,

又成倍地提高机壳内防磨衬板的寿命。

整体结构简单,安装容易,检修方便。

我厂旋转喷嘴结构图推广应用旋转喷嘴,经在秦皇岛电厂

运行鉴定,在华北地区成为节能的样板电厂。

3. Rotating nozzle

BPEG has developed nozzle technology and the first rotating nozzles are still in good running condition

for Ligang power plant in 1991 and 1992. Rotating nozzle is mainly used to change the aerodynamic field of

nozzle and reduce flow speed in the nozzle. The advantages of adopting rotating nozzle are as follows:

a) Uniform wear of Nozzles, to prolong the life 2-3 times than stationary nozzle;

b) For the rotation, the gas-particle eddy of outlet edge of blades goes up to upper level, adopting rotating

nozzle can not only reduces the wear of the outlet edge of blades but also reduces the wind resistance of

nozzle;

c) The vertical clearance between outer ring and nozzle can not only make mill maintenance convenient

but also multiply improve multiply wear life of the liners, and

d) The structure is simple, easy to install, easy maintenance.

四、 国际先进的耐磨材料

1989 年我厂立项攻关耐磨材料。经大量基础性试验和生产性试验,相继为新海电厂、大坝电厂、秦皇

岛电厂提供了高铬材质的磨煤机衬板和辊套,取得了良好效果。大坝电厂一期、秦皇岛电厂其磨损都在

(10~7)mm/1000h范围里,也就是说辊套单边寿命已超过 8000h,满足电厂对磨机的寿命要求。大坝电厂

二期 10 台 ZGM95G 中速磨辊套寿命均达到 20000 小时。

近年来,我厂在高铬铸铁工艺稳定性研究方面做了大量工作,保证耐磨材料(辊套)寿命在 12000h以

上,同时又在研制寿命更长的耐磨材料。

4. Advanced wear-resistant materials in the world

BPEG approved and initiated the research project of wear-resistant materials in 1989, after a large

amount of basic experiments and production tests BPEG supplied roller tyres and liners of high-chromium

material to Xinhai power plant, Daba power plant and Qinhuangdao power plant and achieved a good result.

The abrasion was only within 7 to 10 mm per 1000 hours, namely, the single side life of roller tyre is over 8000

hours and can meet the requirements of life of power plant. The life of roller tyres of total 10 sets of ZGM95

mill used in the second term power plant of Daba generally reached 20,000 hours.

In recent years, BPEG has done a lot of researches on processing stability of high-chromium materials

to ensure the life of wear-resistant materials of roller tyres over 12,000 hours, at the same time, BPEG also

does the further research and development work for wear-resistant materials of longer life.

五、 与煤粉分配箱一体化设计的分离器

1) 煤粉分配箱

磨煤机分离器上部设置煤粉分配箱,目的是为了使磨煤机几根出粉管中煤粉分配均匀,这对减少煤粉不

完全燃烧损失,十分有利。扩散型煤粉分配箱是中速磨机常用的一种分配箱,但是随着磨煤机出粉管数目的

增加,分配不均匀度也大大增加。使煤粉不完全燃烧损失增加,影响锅炉的技术经济指标。

我厂与北京钢铁学院(即现在北京科技大学)一起,对原扩散型煤粉分配箱进行改进试验研究,使新型

煤粉分配箱分配不均匀度缩小为 3%~5%,其分配精度提高很多,其压力损失小于196Pa。这项成果获得了

国家专利。

2) 静态分离器

磨煤机配套的粗粉分离器。从工作状态来讲就是静态与旋转两大类。我厂在引进DBW静态(离心式)分

离器基础开发出了新型静态分离器——即采用分离器与扩散型煤粉分配箱组合的设计,其经试验测试、分离

效果可达 R90=10~40%。

3) 动静组合式旋转分离器

国际上 60年代就已开发使用旋转分离器,最初是用来分离非金属粉末(出力小)的。随着旋转分离器

的规格和出力增大,移植到磨煤机上使用。

我厂提供给高碑店电厂#3炉的MPS180磨煤机配用的是静动组合式(本质上仍是旋转分离器)分离器,

该种分离器除了具有一般旋转分离器的优点(如结构紧凑,阻力较小等)外,调节范围更大、更灵活,细度

更细(R9=2~12%)而且分离器壳体和叶片磨损不大,寿命较长。这种分离器相继在钢铁、建材、电力等行

业运行,受到用户欢迎。

5. Integrated design of separator with distribution box

1) The coal distribution box

The coal distribution box is set on the top of separator, so that the mill can get the coal particle from the

outlets of separator with uniform fineness, and reduce the loss of incomplete combustion of coal, the

distribution box of diffusion type is a general type used in coal mill, but along with the increase in the number

of outlet pipes, the non-uniformity of distribution also increases significantly. Uneven distribution of coal

particle will cause coal incomplete combustion loss increased and affect the technical and economic

indicators of boiler.

BPEG, together with Beijing Iron and Steel Institute (namely, Beijing Science and Technology University),

did some tests and studies of improvement on the original diffusion coal distribution box, the new type of coal

distribution box can achieve distribution uniformity of 3% to 5%, the accuracy of distribution increased

significantly, the pressure loss is less than 196 Pa. The results obtained national patent.

  

六、 采用ZGM磨煤机专用高启动转矩特种电机

我厂首批 5台ZGM95磨煤机是为望亭电厂 #14炉 300MW机组配套。为了满足电厂对磨煤机驱动电机

启动转矩为2.5倍的要求,经我厂潜心研究,定子铁芯采用高导磁低损耗材料,IP54级防护,试生产的2台

电机经过测试,达到了西门子电机的水平(见表 1)。

由于这种电机体积小,启动转矩很大(改善了启动性能,减少了启动过程中的热应力),配磨煤机等负

载大的设备时有很大的优越性(减少了运行事故,提高了电机寿命)。实际这么高的启动转矩即使在75%的

额定电压和磨煤机煤层厚度为120mm时也能迅速平稳启动。当时这种电机实属国内首创,后获国家科技进

步奖。

6. Adopting special high-starting torque motor equipped

for ZGM mill

The first batch of 5 units of ZGM95 mill is for #14 unit of

Wangting Power Plant with 300MW capacity. In order to meet the

requirements of power plant on drive motor starting torque of 2.5

times, BPEG concentrated on the study and adopted stator core

with high permeability and low loss material, IP54 class protection.

The 2 sets of pre-production motors reached the level of Siemens

motors via test. (See table 1).

Because of the small in size, large starting torque (the starting performance can be improved, the

thermal stress will be reduced during start-up), it has a overwhelming superiority when equipped for mills and

other large loading equipments (Reducing operational accident, prolonging motor life), Actually such a high

starting torque that can it be smoothly and quickly started even at 75% of the rated voltage and with coal

thickness of 120mm, BPEG is the pioneer who can produce this kind of motor in China. BPEG won the

National Science and Technology Progress Award later.

  

七、 采用机械和密封风组合的密封装置

当正压运行时,ZGM 磨煤机有多处需要密封,目的是为了防止磨煤机内煤粉向外泄露污染环境。如机

座与传动轭之间的密封装置,就是采用机械(碳精密封环)和密封风组合的方式。这种密封装置结构紧凑,

密封效果好,寿命也长,检修方便。当负压运行时,采用迷宫式密封结构(由镶铜片的迷宫环、迷宫支架及

密封环等组成)。

7. Adopting combination method of mechanical and sealing air for sealing device

ZGM mill needs sealing in several points, when running in positive pressure condition, so that it can

prevent the leakage of coal particle and pollution of the environment. For example, the sealing device

between bottom housing and yoke just is the combination method of mechanical (carbon seal ring) and

sealing air. This kind of sealing device has advantages of compact structure, good sealing effect, long life

and easy maintenance. When the mill is running in negative pressure, the sealing device will adopt labyrinth

seal structure (composed of labyrinth seal ring mounted with copper sheets, labyrinth support and sealing

ring etc.).

  

八、 检修方式

1) 磨煤机总是需要定期检修,尤其是耐磨件,磨损到一定

程度必须更换。目前,我厂ZGM磨煤机采用两种检修方式:一

种是先将分离器拆除,然后进行内部检修,这种检修方式是空间

大,操作方便;另一种是用专用工具将磨辊依次从检修大门水平

翻出,再进行检修,这种方式省掉拆分离器,但内部检修空间小,

操作不灵活。两种方式均安全可靠,但各自都有优缺点,尤其是

前者减少空间作业时间,检修人员的安全更容易得到保证,并受

到诸多电厂的认同,用户可自行选择其中一种。

2) 辊套成楔形拆装方式,可进行冷态拆装,更加方便检修。

3) 碳精密封装置为外部可拆装的形式,不必顶起传动盘,拆下密封装置壳体就可更换碳精密封环,极

大地方便了检修。

8. Maintenance method

1) The mills always require regular maintenance, especially the wear parts, wear and tear to a certain

extent, must be replaced. There are two maintenance methods for ZGM mill: one is to remove separator first,

then do the internal maintenance, this maintenance method is easy to operate and has a large operation

space; another is to turn inside out the rollers from maintenance door using special tools, and then repair,

this method saves time used to remove the separator, but the maintenance space is limited and operation

is not flexible. Two methods are safe and reliable, but each has advantages and disadvantages, especially

the former, saves time of operations, the safety of maintenance personnel more easily be guaranteed, and

is accepted by many power plants, the customer can choose every one of them according to the actual

condition.

2) Wedge-shaped structure of disassembly and assembly method of roller tyre, can be disassembled

without heating, maintenance is more convenient.

3) Carbon sealing device can be disassembled from outside, it’s not necessary to jack the yoke up,

and can be replaced after removed the sealing shell, which greatly facilitates the maintenance.

九、 磨辊有三个运动的自由度

磨辊有绕着辊轴自转、随压架上下起伏、水平径向 15度角摆动三个方向运动的自由度,通过碾压、挤

压、摆动,一来可以提高碾磨的效率,二来可补偿辊套和衬板局部磨损后的型线失真,磨损后期出力下降少,

通过增大加载力,磨损后期处理下降仅为 5%;三来通过摆动可有助于排三块。

9. Roller with movement of three degrees of freedom

Roller has three degrees of freedom, first is rotating around its axis, second is fluctuating under the

loading frame’s movement, and third is wiggling in horizontal radial of 15 degrees, which can improve the

grinding efficiency, compensate the distortion of liner-type, and reduce the loss of output in worn condition,

by grinding, extrusion and wiggling. The loss of output in worn condition is only 5% through increasing loading

pressure; at the same time, wiggle is conducive to discharge pyrites, wood and stones.

十、 采用大辊径低转速设计

同其它种类的中速磨比较,在同样的磨盘直径下,ZGM 磨煤机的磨辊直径大、宽度大、转速低,因而

磨运行平稳,振动小,抗三块(石块、木块、铁块)能力强。煤块容易咬入,适应煤质广,号称中速磨中的

“筒磨”。

10. Adopting a design of large diameter and low-speed of roller

Comparing to other kinds of medium speed mill, ZGM mill’s roller has a bigger diameter and width,

lower rotation speed, so the mill can be run smoothly with lower vibration and a better capability for

discharging pyrites, wood and stones. Easy to bite into the coal, wide applicability to coal, so ZGM mill is

called the "tube mill" of medium speed mill.

十一、渣量小

由于ZGM磨煤机以上的特点,喷嘴环的风速相对较高,碾磨件对煤种及三块的适应性和碾磨性很强,甚

至能够将煤矸石磨碎成粉,所以排渣量很小,理论排渣量为磨煤机出力的 0.05%。

排渣系统可采用人工或半人工方式,不必采用水力排渣等自动化方式,减少了工人的劳动强度,节省排

渣系统的投资成本。

11. Lesser slag

Due to the above features of ZGM mill: nozzle with relatively high wind speed, wide applicability for coal

and better capability for discharging pyrites, wood and stones, and good grinding capability, even the coal

gangue can be grinded particle, so the amount of slag is lesser, in theory, the discharge is only 0.05% of raw

coal flow.

The discharging system can be manual or semi-manually, it’s not necessary to use waterpower

discharging method, it can not only reduce the labor intensity but also save the investment cost for

discharging system.

十二、满足带载和空载启动

由于ZGM磨煤机采用本厂特制高启动转矩特种电机,即便煤层厚度在120mm且高加载力的情况下也能

迅速平稳启动。其优点在于紧急停磨后不需要磨盘清理即可带载启动,减轻工作劳动强度。

由于采用液压变加载技术,提升磨辊,然后首次启动磨煤机,形成空载启动。其优点在于启动时齿轮箱

承载减小,从而有利于推力瓦油膜的建立,有效延长了推力瓦的寿命。

12. Start-up with load or no-load

As ZGM mill uses the special motor of high starting torque produced by BPEG, even at the thickness

of coal 120mm and high loading force, ZGM mill can start smoothly and quickly. The advantage is that the

mill can start with load after an emergency stop without cleaning off the coal on grinding table, which can

reduce the labor intensity of work.

As ZGM mill uses a technology of hydraulic variable loading, to lift up the rollers and then start the mill

for the first time with no-load, which can reduce the carrying capacity of gearbox, do good to the forming of

oil film, and prolong the life of thrust bearing.
