2016/2017 Rates for Weddings, Receptions, and Private Parties
The Meeting House with its spaciousgrounds can accommodate a variety ofweddings, rehearsal dinners, privateparties, and special events.
Additional tenting will allow increasedcapacity. Our event coordinator canassist you with planning for a specificnumber of guests.
Function hours are generally for a 5hour event. On weekends The MeetingHouse hosts only one private function aday.

The Meeting House is open year roundas a gracious setting for businessreceptions, speaking engagements,non-profit meetings, corporateretreats, holiday parties, memorialservices, booksignings as well aseducational events such as classes,workshops, art exhibits, andperformances.
In addition we have hosted cocktailparties, bridal showers, and birthdayparties.
The Meeting House containsapproximately 1,200 SF of space whichincludes handicapped accessiblebathrooms and a small set-up space forcaterers. There is a projection screenfor film or power point presentationsas well as spotlights for performances.

November 1 thru May 14:Mon-Thurs: $75/hr.Deposit: varies

Places to Stay: Resources
The following list represents various service providers that have either worked at The Meeting House and/or that are known tous by their reputations. It is important to note that we provide this list solely as a service to our customers in planning theirspecial events and that The Meeting House receives no compensation for listing or recommending any vendors.
1. For Weddings and Private Parties over 50 persons and serving alcohol, there is a fee of $25/hr. for a Meeting Househost/hostess who must be present.
2. For events over 100 persons, a parking attendant is required. Generally, we request that the caterer provide this service.
3. A memorandum for caterers is included with our agreement forms. We also have a memorandum of instructions for tentserected on the premises.
4. All rentals, including clean-up time must not extend beyond 11:00PM.
Reservation and Security Deposit:There is a non-refundable deposit of $600 in order to reserve a specific date. Deposits, less the hostess fee and coordinator's fee, are returned within two weeks after an event.
Equipment Provided:Folding Cushioned Chairs - 100 Farm Tables - 3 including some smaller cafe tables.Benches, Lecturn, Projection Screen and Other Equipment are also available.
Other Wedding and Private Party Services:We can also furnish a list of caterers, floral arrangers, bartenders, photographers, tent and equipment rental companies that arefamiliar with our facility in order to help plan your event.
Area Attractions and Places to Stay:Many of the regions scenic attractions, wineries, and beaches, are linked on our web site. We can also furnish a list of locallodging facilities, bed and breakfasts, etc. for your guests.
Security:The Meeting House has locked entrances and a fire alarm system; however, Lesees will be responsible for their own insurance and liability.
