Levitation is based on attractive force between electromagnets on the undercarriage and guide-way stator packs.

Superconducting induction coils are attached to the undercarriage and guide-way

Propulsion is achieved using a linear motor that alternates current in the cable windings to push and pull the train along

ELECTROMAGNETIC SUSPENSION SYSTEM Stable levitation is achieved using height sensors and a microcontroller. The microcontroller communicates with the operator and/or base station. Propulsion is controlled by varying the current to the linear motor system The train may also use conventional “wheel on rail” systems
