Our Company ValuesSAFETYAbove all else, and if necessary, at the expense of our other values, we make decisions that ensure our employees, equipment, premises and vehicles operate in a way that maximizes the health and well being of all concerned.

RESPECTWe will provide a safe and productive work environment that is free of harassment, encourages the free exchange of ideas, safe guarding of confidences and appreciation for each job in the value chain. In addition, we extend and expect reciprocity to and from our customers.

QUALITYIn a safe and productive environment, we will generate accurate orders that are clean, well pressed, appropriately sized and in the correct quantity. Regardless of job title or official duties, it is expected that anyone observing any defect has an obligation to halt the order and bring the defect to the attention of the supervisor or sales person responsible for the order.

PUNCTUALITYHonoring commitments to others includes promised deliverables arrive on time or, in advance of a late delivery, a revised time estimate is provided. Deliverables include but are not limited to work in process, completed orders, setups, correspondence, phone calls, appointments or any product or service for which we are responsible to internal or external constituents.

Our Philosophy

At The Linen House, we understand that our linens are being rented to celebrate once-in-a-lifetime occasions – a wedding, a christening, a bat mitzvah, a 21st birthday, a retirement, an engagement, a new product announcement.

For that reason, every employee of The Linen House who sews, washes, irons, folds, hangs, delivers, unfolds, ties, sets, or touches your linens, works to ensure you will be very pleased with the finished product. From your first contact until the thank you note is sent, our sales personnel are among the most professional, accessible and accountable you will find anywhere.

Whatever the reason, whatever the season, wherever the location, if it is important enough to celebrate, the linens should be from The Linen House.
