The Tooley & Foster Partnership LLP The Limes Medical Centre, Epping client The Limes location Epping size 215m 2 value £306,580 status Complete project overview The Limes Medical Centre wanted to offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ for patients, and due to the shift from Secondary to Primary Care, of services such as Diabetic Care and the introduction of new clinics to meet local and national health improvement targets, they found themselves short of space. Single storey additions were therefore formed to the existing building and refurbishment of the existing premises was carried out to provide a pharmacy, increase the number of consulting rooms, improve the waiting area and provide a garden for children. The project took 25 weeks to complete and was phased to minimise inconvenience to the Medical Centre, which remained in operation during the course of the works. project services Architecture
