In a feat to rival King Solomon, Morah Ra-chel Gozlan (with the aid of ECD teachers) has constructed a replica of the Western Wall. Built from stuffed paper bags, the Wall weighs significantly less than the original, yet sports the signature growth appearing in between the original stones.Stop by for a spiritual experience!
WelcometoLCDS!In addition to new families, we also welcome two new teachers:• with the growth of our first grades,
our third first grade is under the expert guidance of Abigail Waldman. Ms. Waldman was graduated from Barnard College, Magna Cum Laude, and earned a Master’s in School Counseling from Hunter College. She has served as a substitute teacher at The Ramaz School and comes to LCDS directly from Bloomberg LP, where she worked in human resources. A proud day school graduate, Ms. Waldman knows Spanish and Hebrew and looks forward to participating in the growth of our girls’ basketball program..
• providing additional strength in our Jewish Studies Department is Noah Lang. Noah is not completely new to LCDS, having substituted last year in our middle school.
!ohtcv ohfurc Bienvenidos!

You will again have the option to designate your gift towards several different funds. This will allow our school to continue to spread our wings in multiple sectors. Be on the lookout for detailed information about SpreadingOurWings in your Postal Service and electronic mailboxes – thank you in advance for joining together in this cause.
